We stayed one night for holiday in Rayong. The hotel is a bit out of the center and 10-15 minutes by grab taxi from the bus terminal. The staff organized a scooter for us within half an hour, which was great, so we were flexible to explore on our own. the room was good value for money: it was spacious with its living room, a lot of storage options and kitchenette. The pool was a highlight. Our toddler loved it, it was clean and big. even though Rayong is not very popular with foreign tourists, we had fun exploring. the coastal area was nice to see and good to eat seafood. the night market was worth a visit, too. definitely good for a night or two to break up the travels to the East / Koh Chang and experience local life. we overall enjoyed it.

unfortunately, there’s no plate or cutlery provided. the TV only shows Thai channels. without own vehicle, it’s hard to get around in Rayong, but the reception helped to rent a scooter. don’t expect too much of a western breakfast. there’s simple muesli options and fried egg with toast / jam. the focus is set on Thai breakfast. it’s not really a hotel to meet up with other travelers, as locals seem to use it for long term residence reasons.

The property is well kept by the workers. The swimming pool is always outstanding. very well kept and clean. The staff at the restaurant is very excellent in preparing the food. very friendly and professional

There are no cable nor English stations. The Television must be upgraded. That will be the only thing that will prevent me from coming back. Also the wifi is a problem. The wifi is sporadic. in and out. No good! That will be another big factor for me

The staff are very friendly and I appreciated that the receptionist took the time, after speaking with my partner in Thai, to explain everything to me in very good English The room was spacious and comfortable

The breakfast. It had limited availability and although all the food was in dishes the heaters were not turned so everything was cold. I say that the final impression you have of any stay is breakfast. This needs improvement.

The location and staff were really nice. The place would be more acceptable if the price is decreased.

It's pretty obvious that this place didn't meet any maintenance.

Having to pay for Netflix only TV was thai local stations breakfast was cold it is a good hotel for Thais but not Aussies too far away from anything the hotel is cheap and no bus or taxi service

The hotel is a little old and still undergo some renovation.
