nice view and pool

it was not organized for me and my familys stay; no air conditioning for 4 days with 30 degrees weather. stinky/not washed blankets and pillows + towels that smelled like humidity (had to wash them every day) dirty Toaster, dirty hair dryer, dirty couch, dirty table and dirty dishes. broken coffee mashine and broken vakuum cleaner. Even though it's an apartment there were no cleaning supplies. (had to buy myself)

Very clean, lovely view of the beach, staff were very friendly.

There was so ramps within the compound just stairs and with Having a small baby with a stroller made it very difficult to get down to the pool and pool bar, we had to leave the compound gates and then go in another gate to get access to that level. Our room had to be handed back at half past 10 in the morning and there was no were for us to keep our luggage, all the gates to the compound work with key only so we had to take turns each leaving so the other could open the gates from the inside.

Very clean and spacious apartment and great facilities at the resort itself

The mattress of the bed in the master bedroom is of poor quality and should be replaced for future guests

it was a very difficult system with air conditioning, where you need to pay for it with coins everyday. we always was needed coins to put in the box for pay use of air conditioner. we have been in 3 apartments in the same building before and no of them had the same system

The apartment is very large,clean and the view its fabulous,looks better than in the picture,Alex was a fantastic host,explained us everything,waited us with a champagne ,fruits told us where are the nearest shops,wich beaches are the best,etc. The whole holiday was fantastic,the pool is very nice especially if you have young kids,Gym has the minimum that you need if you want to exercise,jacuzzis are very nice. We were very happy and its a good value ,would definetely return .

You are not allowed with any food or drinks in the pool area ,so all the time you need to get out of the area ,there is a gate to get in and another one to go out using a fob,and you can buy drinks and some food from the bar beside but you need to stay there,i found this policy very annoying,never seen something like this,i can understand that they want you to buy from that bar (wich i find it expensive )but let me have my drink on my sunbed ,or my children to have their sandwiches there,they wont go in the pool with drinks or food,then one of the lifeguaeds was a bit grumpy when explaining the rules .You need too change this policy!!!

was lovely pools tho was not open for kids no restaurant. bar only Friday to Sunday had to check 5 hours before flight was false advertisement about pools and stuff

I liked the apartment and surrounding areas

I didnt like that only 1 pool was open I didnt like that there was no reception no one to ask queries. we had to leave at 11 from the apartment flight was not till 7.30 in the evening have to say very bad form threw out with no where to put luggage this needs to be addressed.

Very confortable acommodations and excellent Swimmingpools!

You must pay extra for air conditioning.
