Location nothing else
Everything was terrible from staff at reception to room , beds , breakfast. A total disgrace. This type of hotel shouldn’t exist in the center of the city . They also over charged when taxes were already paid on booking.com

Hotel ligt best centraal aardige personeel.
Wij hadden dit hotel als een tussen stop geboekt voor maar €50 koopje dus! ( Aanbieding op Booking)
Verder was het prima voor 1 nachtje.
Geen eigen parkeerplaats gezien het in de stad is. In omgeving wel genoeg parkeergarage aanwezig.

Net hotel op goede locatie. Zo’n 5 minuten met de metro vanaf het centraal station. Vanuit de voordeur zit je snel in een bruisend deel van de stad. Het beviel ons zo goed dat we er nog een extra nacht bijgeboekt hadden.
Iets waar het hotel zelf verder weinig aan kan doen: niet mogelijk om met het raam open te slapen omdat er buiten zoveel lawaai was.

Items went missing from my room- new shopping in a bag was thrown out by housekeepers. Reported this to reception but NOBODY did anything about it despite me being there for days after reporting it.
Dead cockroach on a bathmat (comes from an external laundry so not necessarily their fault)
Heating VERY hard to regulate in the room
Dirty coffee cups sat in the room for days
Dreadful pillows.

Great location, nicely presented small hotel in central area of Frankfurt within 2 minute walk to underground rail station. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within a very short walk of the front door. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and adequate en-suite. Excellent breakfast buffet with good choice of hot or cold items on offer.
Overall very acceptable
As there was a big trade fair on in the city the prices had jumped hugely, I know its now standard practice worldwide for hotels to do this but it smacks of sharp practice and I would say most hotels do this.
Other than breakfast the hotel doesn't do meals, nor is there a bar so you have to leave the hotel in the evening for meals or entertainment but as the bars and restaurants are so close its not a real problem.

location is in between a sports bar and club which typically wouldn’t bother me but as it was a Saturday and we had to have the windows open to cool down the noise was super loud till past 5 am.

Very central; decent breakfast; rooms spacious.
There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. The fan in the room was not sufficient.

The location was excelent
No AC, even there was a fan but it did not make a difference , it was so hot in the room we didnt sleep well because of it

Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed, curtains that properly block sunlight.
Water pressure in the shower is very low, this was seemingly at all times. At some point there were works in the hotel, would have been nice to be notified in advance. Housekeeping would sometimes start knocking doors at 8 am.

Good location, near main city objects. Good breakfast. Room was quiet despite that the windows direction was to the street. Near the hotel there is a food street.
Everything was quite ok as for 3* hotel, but one thing was very unpolite from reception manager - on the day of our leaving day our check out was till 12:00. At 11:40 manager comes to our room and without even knocking enters the room and asks if are we going to check out today or not. Yes we were, but still got some time. It was not pleasant moment and of course it is not the main bad thing, but still very rude invasion of our privacy.

The location is near the metro station and big shopping mall. Good value for money if you need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights.
The furniture is a bit old and the room is small.
