It was close to the train station, and a short distance from Chapel Bridge. Our room was quiet and well sound proofed with comfortable beds. The front-desk team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices were copious and the food was freshly prepared and well presented. Individual coffee orders were provided by the service team who were welcoming and efficient.

Small things: the volume on the tv remote didn’t work, the pedal bin in the bathroom did not function, and the shower would not maintain its overhead trajectory unless the button was held manually. We reported all this to the front office and they said it would be fixed, however we only stayed one night so couldn’t benefit from the repairs.

The staff was extremely helpful with our arrival and they also upgraded our room on behalf of our honeymoon. Service was extremely impeccable and this was a lovely stay.

This property was perfect. Great location, not much to dislike.

Everything reached my expectations Love the n espresso machine, coffee and tea selection. Loved the Lounge, vending machine, etc So convenient to that it was so closed to the train station.

I was only given a small bottle of body lotion for my whole stay. Missed getting a shower cap and a vanity kit
