Clean , well maintained, pretty planted borders and green grass play area for children, near to the beach
In the kitchen the draining board leaked into the cupboard under it and behind the sink the seal was not effective and also leaked into the cupboard- not a big issue as we were there for a couple of days but with a longer stay it could become annoying.
Both easy fixes so I suggest the owners fix it quickly, before the season gets busy.

Easy and quick to check in. Location is fantastic, just a short walk away from Pernera main street with lots of choices for food and drinks. Another short walk in the other direction takes you to one of my personal favorite beaches in Paralimni.
The style of the apartment is old but it is very clean with big rooms and balconies.
They also have a small swimming pool on site (I did not use this though).
For what I wanted which was a clean space to shower and sleep at night, I thought it was great value for money.
Next time I stay, as I was travelling with my 2 year old son, I would ask if they had a room on the ground floor as stairs with buggy was a bit of a struggle, and also I felt the balconies were low down for young kids. I did not specify anything to the property when I booked though, so I can't complain.

apartment wasn't new but very clean and spacious and comfortable, you will get everything you need: equipped kitchen parking place, WIFI, swimming pool, smal yard with playground (great!). If you traveling with kids it is great place, but not only limited to families! Great place if you need a a bit calm environment. It is in quiet part of the city, close to the beach. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Shop is on the other side of the street, grill Restaurant too!
do not find really negative points. Maybe it would be cool to have grill on the yard

From the first to sadly yesterday last step to Maricosta apartments everything was more then perfect. Andreas is out of this world. You really get a feeling like you are at home. We also got a watermelon from his garden and strawberries. He also arranged us taxi to Larnaca airport.
Do I need to talk about app?
Yup... No... Everything is on highest level.
We will be back to Maricosta next year... And not just for seven days. :-)

The apartment is not new, but very clean and equiped with all you need during holidays. The beaches are 5min away, shops and restaurants also nearby.

The apartment was basic and a little tired, however, it was spotlessly clean and very reasonable price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, I would definately go back again.

It was our 4th time back and won’t be our last. The apartment offers all the basics you need for a self-catering stay and is spotlessly clean. The pools are quiet, the garden well-maintained, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The location, too, is ideal: a beach at one end of the road, amenities and restaurants at the other. Everything you need and more!

We love staying at the Maricosta apartments. Andreas, Andreas and the housekeeping team are so welcoming. They kindly upgraded us to the family apartment we stayed in last year. Spacious, clean, basic accommodation but with everything you need. G

Accomodation was very comfortable, there are a lot of beaches, supermarkets in one step, a lot of restaurants, and very beautiful seafront for walking under the stars! The apartment was very clean & full of necessary equipment. Also was a balcony with a table on the second floor for breakfast or lunch in a private manner. A lot of thanks to Team, personally to Andreas & girls for very comfortable staying & excellent ratio comfort/price! They were very friendly & helpful! Thanks a lot!

Very welcoming staff, nice neighbourhood with an amazing tavern nearby during the tourist season. The beach is really close and we enjoyed walking to Protaras by the sea (about 3 km one way). Our apartment was huge, with a big balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. One should note a limited number of supermarkets at the end of the season (we travelled without a car).
Bus connection to Protaras (2 stops).
I would recommend leaving several bags for rubbish in the apartment.

It was very quiet, the location was superb and it was the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in. All the staff were friendly and smiling all the time

Central location for beach’s and bars and restaurants in that area.

Location is perfect. Everything you need is very close. 2 min walk to the beach (who doesn’t like seaside may rest by the swimming pool). 3 small supermarkets are very close to it. Quite place as noisy bars/restaurants are on the corner (but not far - you need only 1-2 min to walk to them 😉). Cleaning/changing towels is done every other day - it was very clean! Friendly personal - will advise and help you with any question you may have. Wi-Fi is working really good - by reception and in the room!
Ants… when food was on the table, they were trying to share my food with me :) But when all food was in the fridge - they weren’t disturbing.
