We had a mini vacation/school winter break with family to Islamorada. It was our first time to this part of the Fla Keys. The property is centrally located; close to all of our scheduled activities. The property is located on a canal. The grounds were really pretty. Disappointed to see all the political banners in the neighborhood; but nothing that the owner can do about that. The home has a separate apartment on the lower level which my son enjoyed. The main kitchen needs to be restocked (blender, mixer, serving & mixing bowls, storage containers). A home manual would also be really helpful with tv instructions, emergency information, local stores, restaurants, & theaters, schedule of weekly service providers so you know when a service provider is scheduled to be at the home. We had service people come three days out of our five day stay, and didn't know until we saw them in the yard. The owners were quickly responsive to issues that arrived during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the pool.

This home was an awesome experience and would strongly recommend to families of all ages! The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable of local restaurants and very prompt to reply to our questions.

This home had an awesome layout for our group. Quick easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Home was very clean and owners are very responsive and helpful. Whenever we return to the Tavernier / Islamorada are we will definitely check with owners on availability before anyone else.

My family & I enjoyed our stay! The highlights of this home include the short distance to the dock, which was very important to us with all of our heavy dive gear. The pool was a hit with the kids & adults also enjoyed on days we couldn't get in the boat. Most importantly the home is very kid friendly. I appreciate the gates & added security. This home also came with a large washer & dryer(also important for a big family!). Manny & his wife we're very attentive! We had a few issues during a stay & they were quick to respond & take appropriate action. Without a doubt we will be back! Thanks again Manny & Astrith

We spent our family Summer vacation in this lovely home and can't wait to go back!! We loved the fact that the kids had their own living space downstairs while the adults stayed upstairs! The 2nd floor pool was incredible and the views from it were amazing!! We have a 24' boat and jetski and the dockage area was MORE than sufficient!! The owners, Andy and Emily were wonderful and we are so looking forward to vacationing there again in Summer 2020!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you both so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!!

We have stayed in many properties in the keys and this home is at the top of the list. Very comfortable, great location, and all the extra's an active family that loves to boat and fish will need. The ice machine is awesome. Lots of hoses for the boat. Great private pool. Owners are very responsive, great people and easy to work with. Tavernier creek location is close to great fishing, bait, gas, etc. We plan to return.

Spent the month of May at this property and really enjoyed it. Location cannot be beat for access to water . Landscaping and uplighting is unique for the Keys - very enjoyable. Pool on the 2nd floor provides for privacy and nice views. Owners were quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Downstairs apartment provides nice privacy.

This vacation home is the perfect get away! It is centrally located, the homes layout is perfect for families and friends vacationing together. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. Andy and Emily are the best! they are very understanding, organized and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful family home!

We visit the keys multiple times have stayed at many different spots, we have stayed here a couple times and this is by far the best spot in the keys! This is a very convenient place both the location being close to the grocery store, restaurants, marinas, etc. It is right on the inner coastal that is a short ride to bay side or ocean side if by boat. The house has many different amenities the convienece of the pool right out the living room on the second floor, multiple TVS on the deck, and awesome landscaping make it an ultimate set up for spending time outdoors. The house is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and the apartment downstairs. Very clean with cute decor! The owner is always easy to reach and is in constant communication, I could not think of a single complaint!!

This home is truly beautiful from top to bottom inside and out. The unique outdoor touches really set this home apart from the rest. The dockage and ocean access is second to none. Landscaping is amazing. The outdoor living areas are a great touch. I have stayed in many places in the keys, some good, some not so good. This is one of the best! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I have vacationed every year in the Keys for the last 19 years and have to say that this house by far was the BEST! The location, the amenities and the house itself were perfect. The swimming pool on the upper floor with the views was awesome and such a nice treat after a long day offshore fishing. Everything in the home was so comfortable and the fact that there are 3 fridges in the house was super convenient. The landscaping is beautiful but at night when the lights come on it is even more amazing and peaceful. BEST house in the Keys yet! Looking forward to next year!

The Keys are awesome and this home made it even better. I was only there for a short time and I enjoyed every moment. There is everything you need in this home including a huge dock and second floor pool. So cool. I cant wait to book my next trip.

My wife and I and our two children, who are 9 and 14 years old, just spent an amazing week at this home. The second story pool was a blast, keeping everyone close and safe while we were hanging out. The canal is very close to the Tavernier creek so it is clean and perfect for swimming. The kids fished for snappers and caught lobster right at the dock. We cannot wait to come back for our next. This is the best home we have stayed in 6 years of visits to islamorada!
