The pool was nice and clean and the unit overall was very quiet. Nothing will be left behind so you literally need to buy everything for your stay like Coffee filters, seasonings, bar soap, napkins, etc.

This is the third time I have stayed in this unit and it does not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to everywhere you want to be. It is stocked with everything you need, including a comfortable king size bed. It is steps to beach and the pool. I will stay here again!

Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The pool was heated which was nice. The unit was clean and inviting. The beach chairs were rusted and broken and the umbrella was broken too. Those definitely need replacing. The pull out sofa could use a new mattress and a few more blankets for the nighttime. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

The noise and crowds of the Broadwalk ended just before The Oasis which contributed to its charm as we were just beyond the business of the shops and restaurants yet close enough to grab lunch and bring it back to the apartment. The beds were good, the A/C was a bit loud turning on and off, but effective and the shower was efficient. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook, serve and eat, and the freezer even made its own ice. The beach chair were helpful and there was a broom and a small vacuum to tidy up the sand after a day at the beach. The pool was great- lots of “rules” but clean and both times we went we were the only swimmers. Super quiet place, very well- manicured. We will definitely be back. ValGal was responsive even on a Sunday. Great experience!

Unit has small kitchen that is stocked with basic gear to prepare meals. There are many restaurants in the area within walking distance. There is a very nice pool on the property that was very relaxing to use on days I did not want to be on the busy beach. There is a designated parking space for the unit which is extremely important for me. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Very clean, great amenities and location

Everything was almost perfect: attentive staff, perfect location, very quiet. But there was a very bad smell of humidity. We had to open the windows to get rid if it. Maybe because of the flood the week before. Also, some of the walls needed to ne refreshed. But despite that, we will surely go back.

We decided to not get a rental car and just spend the week doing stuff on the Broadwalk and enjoying the beach and pool. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the Broadwalk and beach. Walking distance to the water taxi that will take you to Fort Lauderdale if you choose. The pool was awesome!! The only reason for the 4 stars was because the beach umbrella was broken as was one of the beach chairs. We had to pay to rent umbrellas and chairs on our beach days. A cooler to take to the beach would have been nice also since it is hard to bring one with you on the plane. Overall a great stay and we will be back next year!!

I was in town for a huge national conference that was taking place at a giant fancy hotel nearby. I don't like drowning amid crowds of people, and I wanted something away from the frenzy. This little apartment was absolutely perfect. Quiet and comfortable and private, but if you get a taste for some nightlife, it's mere steps away. I have severe mobility issues and cannot walk very far, and I wanted to be near the water but without the scary touristy price tag. This place fit the bill perfectly! Check-in was a breeze, owners are polite and responsive, private pool on one side, ocean on the other... Can't ask for more. I'll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and the condo was perfect for 2 people. The location is what really makes this an amazing place to stay. It's the next best thing to being ocean front. The Broadwalk is literally just steps away. The restaurants were very good and you can't beat dining by the ocean. The only complaint we have is the internet was aweful. We only had it about 4 days out of our 8 day stay. When it was working we still couldn't connect to the wifi. The owner did try to get it fixed for us but it just kept going in and out. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Very nice condo with a super comfortable bed. Had beach chairs and umbrella that came in very handy. Clean towels & beach towels. Had all the kitchen items you need. Very spacious place. Very beautiful clean pool & outside eating area with awning which we used a few times! A little outdated - little cracks in walls but nice & clean. Only thing that was a little annoying was there is a big parking ramp next door and the crazy drivers with screeching wheels were very loud. Otherwise was a wonderful stay!

The property location was great!! The apartment was a good size. The fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. The only complaint I have is housekeeping was still there when we got there at 4:15. The floors were sandy. Which can be expected with the proximity to the beach. There was also sand in the sink. The dressers and light and shelves in the bathroom could have been dusted. These are issues with housekeeping and not necessarily the property owner. All of the towels and bed linen was clean.

Had a couple of issues. TV in Living room was not working. A Leak developed in the bath. Had to mop floor several times of over an inch of water until it was fixed. Property owner was responsive. TV replaced next day. Plumbing repair took place same day.

This is a very nice place, exactly as listed. It had plenty of space and was literally a few steps away from the beach. Restaurants, stores, bars, markets, the availability of rental bikes, and more are all within a short walking distance. We flew in and did not rent a car. We were not disappointed at all. Our flight came in super early in the day and the office graciously offered to store our bags until check-in, but since we would have had to use a taxi or Uber to get to and from the office and beach, we chose to go a different route. We used the Bounce app to make arrangements to store our luggage at a business closer to the beach where we could use the Circuit app to have a small, electric shuttle take us back and forth inexpensively. These cars go all around the area, making it easy to do things away from the beach and unit, if you choose to do so. This unit came with all the basics: small hotel-sized bars of soap, shampoo/conditioner, a few rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, a few extra trash bags, hand sanitizer, salt/pepper, and a blow dryer. Beach chairs and an umbrella were available for use, as well as a pack-and-play if that's something you need. There was a nice mirror above an outlet in the bedroom, so one person is able to finish getting ready in the bedroom while another person is in the restroom. We did not cook our own meals or use the pool, so cannot speak about those things. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated with us well. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen. It's a gorgeous area and this unit was perfect. Thank you!

We've stayed at the Oasis for over a decade in one condo or another mostly because of the pool! This is our first time in a corner unit with bay windows. This unit has a lot of space! The living room is nice and spacious and the Lazyboy full queen pullout sofa is very comfortable compared with others at Oasis which made my daughter very happy. The bedroom has a king memory foam mattress that comfortable too. AC blows cold! No dishwasher but we used paper plates all week to cut down on dish washing. We had a wonderful stay and love we've found another condo at the Oasis that is comfortable and affordable! Thank You!

Location is perfect! We stayed during July 4th and it was so easy just to walk out of the condo abs be steps away from the fireworks and beat any crowd. They offer parking which is super helpful for the area and the pool at the condo sparkles, I was impressed with how clean it was. The condo was perfect, we stayed for 8 days so had a longer stay while it rained a bit so I think we got to experience the condo more than most. The only suggestion I have is the beds support bars are so loud knocking on the tile, an area rug for this or a new bed frame would really help. We found we couldn’t move at all without the loud screeching noise. Other than that small detail it was perfect and we will be back for sure!
