The hotel itself was lovely big and spacious, great location with plenty about to do, right on the beach front.

Not much range of food options very limited for a very big hotel its size, rooms weren’t being cleaned daily or clean bed sheets, stains left on surfaces for days without being cleaned. Eat out most nights as the very limited food options when serving up was stone cold. Hotel in certain areas are a little bit outdated

Wasn't told you had to opt for premium all inclusive to use alcart restaurant s but food was good lots af meats carvery meat every evening but not much veg to go with got alittle boring after first week but very good restaurant out and about would recommend red Indian steak house 5 star

Not quite a 5 star hotel.If this was in Australia this would a a 3 star.Everything is run down and they’ve got all the hallways carpeted which is so dated and everyone walks with no shoes which wets the carpet leaving a bad smell.Rooms also smell like sewerage which made it hard to sleep

Δεν μας καθαριζαν τα δωματια. Πολυ κακη εξυπηρετηση προσωπικου. Ανεπαρκης πετσετες παραλιας και αναλωσιμα μπανιου. Ασχημο φαγητο. Στο πρωινο εγινε μεγαλο θεμα με χαλασμενα αυγα. Γενικα ηταν μια πολυ κακη εμπειρια. Το χειροτερο ξενοδοχειο που εχω επισκεφτει!

Hotel looked nice from outside. Right on the beach. Pool area was nice but sunlounger mattresses left outside ND dirty and mouldy. 1 nice Indian man in reception. Couldn't do enough for u. Adele the receptionist at the spa was very friendly ND helpful. Room was a good size. Shower powerful

Hotel is needing revamped. Our room was good size. Sheets grey and worn. Holes in pillowcases and sheets. Pillows smelled of sweat. We asked to have them replaced. We slept on top of bed under our towels. Bed bases all dirty and worn. Room furniture damaged and worn. Black hair all over floor constantly ND neither myself or husband have black hair. Bathroom was ok. Shower screen was all mouldy ND needed replaced. Towels grey not white and worn. Had to ask constantly to have towels in room and shower gel ND shampoo replaced. Cups and glasses in room dirty on arrival ND lipstick on them. Again had to ask for coffee milk ND clean cups ND glasses. Carpets in communal areas dirty with wine stains ND even muddy footprints on it. We ate in restaurant for dinner once. Not great. Wine and beer selection non existent. For a 5 star hotel was very disappointed and no way is this 5 star. More 3 star service or less. My husband ND myself both booked into spa twice. 1st time therapist brilliant. 2 ND time poor. Therapists hands were frozen. Room cold. The noise in corridor during the treatment was horrendous. Someone actually walked into room as I was laying naked even though there was a sign on door saying do not disturb massage in progress. Apparently a local school visit. I was offered another massage next day but was going home. I have stayed in 2 other 5 star hotels in protaras which are both of exceptional service ND far superior. This hotel is most definitely not. Never again would we stay at this hotel. We had shoes taken from outside our room which we left as were wet ND dirty after torrential rainstorms plus door signs. Kids running around corridors at night. Not great..
