Salle de bain très petite, porte de douche cassée, posée contre un mur.Beaucoup de moisissures. Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. La lumière clignotait.

Hotel venido a menos . Humedad en el comedor , habitaciones sucias . Instalaciones abandonadas. Tuvimos un gran problema con el ckecking querían darnos una habitación para dos personas cuando teníamos dos habitaciones. Teníamos habitaciones clase superior , y las habitaciones no estaban limpias con restos de los que estuvieron anteriormente. El trato de recepción nefasto . El salón sucio y mal mantenido , meses con mucho polvo paredes con desconchones por la humedad . El precio elevado para lo que en realidad es . Las fotos engañan mucho . Con todas las opciones que hay en Essaouira fue una mala decisión reservar en este Riad, por el mismo precio hay otros muchos mejores . En resumen recomiendo otros alojamientos .

the position was excellent..in the heart of the Medina, very close to the beach and to all the attractions of Essaouira. the breakfast was ok but I would've loved to have more tipical dishes such as Baghrirs and Msemem

Le Riad profite d'un emplacement idéal et facilement accessible, situé aux abords de la Medina et de la plage le personnel toujours souriant et très aimable, était aux petits soins pour satisfaire nos demandes, avec une note +++ pour le petit déjeuner

Voir a équiper les salles de bain d'un moyen de chauffage plus performent et augmenter la puissance de l'installation électrique pour supporter le branchement des convecteurs !

Le riad est très bien situé, à l'entrée de la Médina et à proximité de la plage d'Essaouira. La chambre qui m'a été octroyée au cours de la première nuit (après changement de chambre à minuit) était très grande et belle.

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée initialement était petite, avec des meubles vieillots et surtout elle avait une odeur de remontée d'égout. Vers minuit, j'ai dû réveiller le réceptionniste qui m'a gentiment octroyé une autre chambre. La terrasse était utilisée pour faire sécher du linge. Le petit-déjeuner était très basique.

De locatie en de super vriendelijke gastheren. Ook het ontbijt was heel lekker. Heel mooi ingericht.

Lawaai van buren, douches van buren wel erg aanwezig. Geur kamer was wat minder.

Una delle migliori colazioni, tutto preparato al momento dal gentilissimo sig. Alì. La posizione del Riad è eccezionale: all'interno della Medina ma in una strada silenziosa e non lontano dalla spiaggia.

Bagno dall'aspetto poco curato; il water non era ben fissato al pavimento quindi con fuori uscita d'acqua. Locale troppo piccolo, senza finestra né ventola, necessiterebbe ristrutturazione.

Personnel attentionné et disponible. Decoration sobre et chic. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux. Riad très bien placé et calme.

La douche un peu vétuste. L'eau chaude met très longtemps à venir. la cabine ne ferme pas. Manque de lumière

La atención por parte de los dueños. Nada más llegar nos ofrecieron té y galletas con mucha amabilidad y tranquilidad. La habitación estaba perfecta y muy limpia. El baño igual con el detalle de gel,champú y jaboncillo que siempre viene bien. En el Riad se respira paz. Al día siguiente tuvimos un desayuno muy completo con productos locales muy rico. Sin dudarlo volvería.

L’accueil très tranquille et sympa. La position géographique (a deux minutes à pieds du dépose minute et dans la médina). Le parking public à proximité.

Le lit, les draps et les couvertures étaient hyper humides. C’était pas du tout agréable, mais à deux pas de la mer et sans Clim, difficile de sécher les draps. Le Riad est plus beau en photo qu’en vrai mais il reste très propre et correct.

Location was good in the centre of the Medina with restaurants nearby. Staff were very accommodating with decent breakfast included and toiletries.

Rooms were clean but very basic and different from the pictures shown. No kettle in the room. TV wasnt working and sockets very loose. Bathroom looked very different and minimal.

I had a wonderful stay! Ali had welcomed me most warmly and provided everything I needed or ask for. The place is super clean and the bed wonderfully large and very comfy.

The staff, friendly & professional. Prioritised my comfort and looked after me above and beyond. A special Thankyou to Ali. Highly recommend.

Some fruit at breakfast would be great - but none of the riads I have stayed with have offered this, so must not be part of traditional breakfast fare.

We loved everything in general but specially we felt very welcome with Ali who made everything very easy and reminded us we are on holiday. He is a lovely person and does his job with passion. The location is also nice, central and quiet. The bed is very comfortable.

In general Morocco doesn’t meet the cleanness expectations that I have in mind but this hotel overall was clean

The staff was the best! There was a small confusion regarding the room type, and they offered an extra room (for free) for us to spend the first night of our stay. Absolutely incredible customer experience!

The location was amazing, close to the city center and the beach. Moreover, the staff really made our stay! They were so delightful and would go the extra mile, even teaching us how to cook our favorite local tajine! There was always a host which made it feel safe and we thoroughly enjoyed the roof top from time to time for some private tanning and winding down.
