The instructions to access the building was a bit confusing, it said punch your code followed by ✅ the pad has no such option only # or * Other than that everything was wonderful

Very clean. Very neat old reserve. Very interesting building. Well stocked.

Clean and well appointed. Great location. Close to everything including the stadium. Safe area. Comfortable bed.

A little pricey. Bath tub was a difficult to get into.

Clean, modern amenities, good location. Very secure.

Carpet in hallways needs replacing. Wish there was a pool. Patio was unusable. Keypads didn’t always work properly.

The history, ease to everything.

The welcome email we received followed from booking the Mint House stated we would receive free parking for the first vehicle, and we would have a pass in our room, however that was untrue. You have to pay 40 to park at the hotel you pay roughly 250 ish a night...and for that price you would think there would be a pool.

The apartment was very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The Mint House just seemed deserted. We har dolly saw anyone else staying there. The House itself had nothing around it: stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. if you want isolation, this is the place to stay! I was extremely concerned with the lack of a safety handle in the shower. The tub for the shower was extremely deep so getting in and out for anyone with mobility issues was risky at best.

Fantastic room, much bigger than expected. Friendly staff and really clean facilities.

We stay at the Mint House everytime we visit Nashville, it’s a very nice property, everything about the stay is amazing all the accommodations are great! the staff helps with anything you need, distance from all attractions especially Broadway, will be staying next time there of course!

We were able to walk or uber where needed. If you don't mind walking, hotel is close to downtown, airport, church, park, restaurants, farmers market, Whole Foods, etc. Hotel was homey and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Affordable and included parking. Far enough from Broadway to relax and get a quiet night's sleep, but still close enough that we could walk and we didn't have to get a ride every time we wanted to go. Can't say enough about the onsite staff! So attentive and prompt about requests. It felt like a hotel in an apartment setting. I will definitely look for Mint House properties in other cities based on this stay.

Communication via website was a little rough, but luckily staff were quick to respond via email.

The staff & facilities were excellent. I will look for other Mint House locations in future travels.

Great location for the purpose of our visit

The staff were disinterested. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had paid extra on the understanding the suite had privacy for / from our son but the doors between us were impossible to close and really just decor. Plus only access to bathroom was through our bedroom.

We enjoyed the location, style of the condo and all of the comforts of home.
