Truely amazing hotel, exceeded all expectations that were already very high. Staff were extremely helpful, entire resort is the best I have visited. Would love to visit again.

The in house restaurant Flow was not very good and extremely expensive. Probably the worst meal we had, all the other restaurant and food options were incredible.

Loved everything about my stay! The design of the hotel, the room with private pool, the relaxed vibe, the food, how amazing and nice the staff are.

Setting was absolutely beautiful. The architect had thought of everything. Our private pool was not overlooked by anything so had complete privacy. Details like adding plants to the room roofs meant that our view was just uninterrupted greenery! The smell of lavender and rosemary were everywhere and the whole hotel was incredibly peaceful. Yoga overlooking a view of the island was great.

Beautiful swim up room, very spacious grounds that are well maintained. Staff is very friendly.

No possibility for late check-out. Breakfast is very extensive but no croissants or danish. Egg dishes available á la carte but very specific dishes. Limited space to put your things in the bathroom.

The place is really beautiful and relaxing. Food is very good quality and various. The Pacifico Restaurant by Nikkei is absolutely delicious ! The staff is very kind and polite. Definitely my favorite stay in Zakynthos !

Nothing. Maybe just one detail that could be annoying (sometimes) is that the hotel is a little bit far from the center and the beach if you’re walking. You have to rent a car or always take a taxi if you want to move a little bit outside the hotel, but not a big deal.

An incredible stay in what is most likely the best resort I've visited amongst the greek islands! From arrival, the impeccable architectural impressions and wonderfully polite and professional grounds and reception staff set the tone for a wonderful trip. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful, inviting and picture worthy from sunrise till sunset. The rooms were simple, clean and spacious. The Executives Suites are particularly great with such lovely views (especially upper levels) with refreshingly generous private pools. The food was great, and its nice to have 4 different restaurant offerings on ground. Flow Wine & Dine is a must with magnificent views and equally excellent food. The staff were informative on all aspects of the island and were swift to organise trips and experiences outside the hotel. Visiting the numerous secluded beaches, shipwreck, the caves and the turtles is a must to fully appreciate the island and capture the real beauty of Zakynthos!

The breakfast menu could be expanded, offering more choice, maybe have some variation from day to day like the dinner menu.

where to start .... this hotel really has everything. The architecture is phenomenal. The service is exceeding all expectations and every single question is handled with a smile. As my wife is an MS patient, the staff really was concerned about her well being and adivised us an great fysiotherapist in Zakynthos city. The food in every restaurant is high quality and excellents (proof is that I gained 3 kilo's in 1 week). My preference is Pacifico by Nikkei, great food in a bohemian setting with nice trendy lounge music. We will definitely go back !

the only tiny remark that I have is the lack of shady areas around the swimming pool. Architecture is not allowing parasols, but when it is 30°, we preffered to have some shade instead of hiding in our room.

Amazing Breakfast, with a lot of variety of food, very fresh and well presented. The restaurant Cocoon and Nikkei serve fantastic food. We didn't have the chance to test de Flow. Very quiet and beautiful hotel with relaxing music. The quality of the room was perfect. Very nice Spa. Awesome advice and organisation from Johanna the concierge. Everyone is very helpful and pays attention to details so that you feel very special.

Please do not change anything as everything was perfect !

The hotel is located higher in the hills of Tsivili. It seems that the hill is mainly occupied by hotels and resorts so it’s quite in the evening. The service goes beyond expectations. We got a free upgrade and the staff was very flexible with checkout-time because of the bad weather. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful. Olea left a very good impression during my stay in Zakynthos. Very memorable.

Seriously nothing

The facilities are great and new. I loved the big size of the hotel. I had my own pool to relax in. Really great. The view from the room as well as from the restaurants is amazing. If you wan to enjoy the great weather I can recommend it.

The service in the entire hotel was terrible. I always needed to ask the waiter whether I can order something to drink. At the breakfast, one coffee took more than 30 minutes. Sometimes they even forget my order. The same applies for the restaurants, where I always needed to ask the waiters. The hotel charges really high prices for low-medium service and quality drinks and foods. Better eat and drink outside the facilities. In addition, the cleaning staff works poorly. They do not care that the sign says no entry. they just come in. Moreover, they bring you sometimes water and somestimes not. Why?! I cannot recommend the hotel in regards to their restaurants and their staff.

This hotel is beautiful. The room was stunning with loads of space and a beautiful view. The staff are wonderful and do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay.

There was a slightly funny smell in our room the whole time.

- fantastic rooms, very tastefully designed - amazing food and drinks - those are spectacular, we ate at many places on the island but sometimes we wished we have eaten at the hotel - the staff is so kind and nice, literally everyone. Sometimes people stop when they are driving to offer you a lift - feels like a family. They have also arranged our taxi to/from other places and they offered a possibility to charge the fee to the room which was very nice as taxis are usually cash only. The test before flying to the uk has also been arranged for us at the hotel, which was very convenient. - feels very small, there are no crowds at breakfast (we did usually eat early but even when we ate at 9:30 it was still quite nice) - transfer to/from the beach - wish they have mentioned that before because we almost didn’t choose the hotel because of that. Olea is located on a hill and there’s approximately 15min on foot to the beach, but coming back you need to walk uphill which might be challenging so the transfer is nice.

- wasps <- there are tons of them, we usually love sitting outside when we eat our breakfast but unfortunately that was impossible here. I appreciate that’s not the hotel’s fault but it has definitely affected our experience - the room we got initially wasn’t what we expected, we were directly looking at other people sitting by the pool and it was very loud, but we were able to move after one day so that wasn’t too much of an issue. But if we were not offered a replacement we would consider changing the hotel/room type as the room was really bad with no privacy at all. - there was also some issue with picking up the ironing board from our room - the fridge has a quite warm temperature inside - there’s no coffee machine in the room :(

First of all Olea All Suite is beautifully made, you can directly feel the vibe when you enter in the reception. Every place of this hotel is a place of heaven ! I highly recommend the Executive Private Pool Suite Sea where I stand in with a beautiful view on the sea and the horizon of Tsivili and the private pool in your room is such a plus for having your perfect holiday and spend time in the beautiful room. Honestly I felt in love with the furniture in the room and the decoration it’s perfect. Then if you want a room without private pool you can also have a beautiful swim in the beautiful pool of the hotel near the cocoon bar where you can eat some delicious meal i recommend you to eat the napolitan pasta for a nice lunch by the pool in this beautiful restaurant. You can also spend some ‘’ me-time ‘’ in the spa of the hotel you can book a treatment and feel like a star the staff is so nice. I also recommend you to go to wine and dine restaurant in the hotel it’s speechless with a beautiful view and the menu is amazing ! I booked a private dinner and it was worth the price with a delicious 7 plates menu and you feel like you’re the owner of this place it feels so nice and the view is a coupé le souffle like we say in french. And a big thanks to Ioanna the guest relations of the hotel she’s the nicest and she will find everything you need she’s so sweet a big thanks to her can’t wait to hear from her again when I go back. She has the hability to make you feel at home and she will organize everything you want to do in Zante ! In a short term go to this paradise and spend your best time in it ! Amd all the staff is so sweer really. Love this place everything is perfect book your holiday without any hesitation!
