Stunning view of backwaters, food excellent (try to request Kerala cuisine from the chefs), nice boat tour, the rooms are spacious with good views, and the house has plenty of nice spaces to relax (including an indoor garden!). Also reasonably priced given there are 6 full BR + bath. If you are a large group looking for a couple of nights close to Kochi, 100pct recommend this property as opposed to a houseboat tour. The staff (especially Kevin and Frank) are attentive and friendly.

Limited activities beyond boat tour, so recommend bringing your own or planning trips to fort kochi.

It's ideal for a family get together. Very spacious rooms, well laid out facility, neatly kept and very friendly staff.

Sign boards leading to the property should be bigger. Google Map takes one through narrow lanes. The property manager should call guests in advance and give directions. Hot water in bath room wasn't available

The food was amazing. The rooms were good. The staff was very courteous.

Wish the pool was cleaner. Wasnt bad, we swam a lot, but just felt it could have been cleaner.
