Location. Sabrina - the Owner. She resembles the traditional hospitality of Sarajevo. Nice cosy family run hotel. Sebilj is 50 meters to the right which is a nice way to start a day with a fine walk.

Not easily accessible by cary which is understandable when having in mind the location.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast; perfect location in the old town. When I arrived very late since my bus was delayed they made sure there was someone at the reception, which is much appreciated.

the staff was so kind and made me feel at home. the location is amazing and a great price for the centre of town. I’ll definitely be coming again!

The price for washing just a few clothes was extortionate, 20€.

Staff was very accommodating and waited for us to check in. Room is very clean but outside of the room smells of smoke. The shower area is very small but bathroom amenities are complete. Breakfast is ok. Location is perfect and near the Old town.

Location is allmost in the city centre, like 1 min walk. The staff was very helpful and kind.

A bit pricy but then again we were in the period it was the film festival, all hotels were pricy at that point The pillows were not comfortable, I did ask for additional pillows which we received.

Hotel Konak is centrally located in the heart of Sarajevo old district. Very easy access to most of the landmarks, as well as huge variety of pubs and restaurants available on the doorstep. Extremely helpful staff making sure we have all we needed for our stay. Secure carpark is not available at the hotel, but the hotel staff have reserved space for me on the nearby parking lot (paid separately). Breakfast was tasty and of good quality.

Due to the central location, it can be a noisy in the room because of the trams passing just outside of the building.

Very nice, small hotel, just by the Old Town, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. The best of this hotel is the host Sabrina, who was very kind and helpful, taking care for her guests - she helped us with a parking, explained where to eat and what to see.

The hotel is by the very noisy street with a lot of traffic and trams, however with the windows closed it was not disturbing, everything else was great.

Very good location, 50m from Bascarsija. A lot of fast food restaurants nearby. Girl that works at reception is very nice and pleasant, maid is super friendly. Rooms are clean, wifi is good. Beds are comfortable with adequate size.

No parking or garage. Staff (young guys) are bored and not interested in guests, not very enthusiastic to call a taxi. Also not very good with mathematics (they forgot 6 eur change). Breakfast could be much better for this price.

The woman who greeted us was very friendly. Location us perfect.

The man that took over the office at the evening was not interested in helping with anything or even just talking to us. Breakfast is not good, very boring.
