House was as per the photos
The location: 300m over sea level, far from the beach, and you need to walk with luggage and kids for about 500m with lot of stairs to reach the house.
Not accessible by car; parking is far and it is €30 per day.
The house management is not friendly at all.
Master bedroom closet was broken, was fixed after we complained, although they knew it was broken!
Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned regularly, so was full of dead insects
No fresh towels, no washing machine inside the house.

Perfect location in Ravello. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. we had a shared jacuzzi with one other apartment.
Shower was leaking so it was a little bit wet on the floor after showering.

Lovely place, modern and a great courtyard area. In a quiet area. Great host who was accomdating with changes and helpful on local information.
Beds were quite firm. Rooms were small (but a event living area).
No washing machine even though advertised.
No coat hangers to hang your clothes.

The location was fantastic. It is easily walkable to Ravello square and several restaurants and shopping. I was in a wedding at Palazzo Avino and was able to walk there. It was a good amount of space and had everything you might need.
Breakfast is not included but you could walk easily to places for coffee or to find something to eat on the square. I would advise anyone who might not be able to climb lots of stairs to be wary. However, if you’re staying in Ravello, you’re going to have to climb stairs wherever you go.

An attractive and spacious apartment. Well located within the centre of Ravello.
Despite being advertised within the listing, there was no access to the gardens or jacuzzi. We were only advised of this upon our arrival. Having questioned it, we were advised to contact the owner who didn't reply. The apartment was also quite unclean: the floors were dirty and the bathroom sink was blocked. We asked for these issues to be addressed and a cleaner came the following day to mop the floor.

Great location, adequate facilities, apartment very clean. Terrace overlooking the church was nice. Good for a short stop.
Lots of small things missing/not working, not deal breakers but showing lack of tlc. Lukewarm welcome, not particularly friendly. second ‘double room’(no pictures available for a reason!) it was the size of my ikea wardrobe, so small the door didn’t fully open… I told the staff and I got shrug shoulders.

Location was great, right off the main square. Near restaurants, shops, all the top Ravello attractions. Helpful in setting up transportation to/from Salerno
Somewhat unclear which specific unit we were renting (no access to outdoor spaces shown in the rental photos). Bed and frame was very minimal. One set of towels.

The location of this stay is beyond words. Its tucked away in a perfect little spot that felt so safe while still being so close to the action. It was so nice and comfortable and it really was the perfect stay. I could not come up with a complaint if I tried.

Absolutely amazing location right in the heart of ravello. Pasquale was our host and was fantastic to deal with! 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in ravello area!

The location was perfect ! The host was really friendly and helpful. The internal area (terrace) is beautiful.
Small apartment, the shower drain was clogged (I asked the staff to check it, they told us they did, but as we came back to the apartment it was still clogged). There are no hangers in the apartment and only one hanger in the bathroom. Air conditioning smells bad, but worked ;).

Lovely location, if you arrive by car there is a car park (20€/day, great staff) with a free shuttle to the accomodation. The apartment was nicely simply designed, very clean and quite comfortable. The (shared but not busy) jacuzzi is great after a long day of walking. The building is very safe, has a gate to the garden and 2 entrance doors. Nice restaurants, gelato, views etc nearby! Friendly staff. Well equipped. Would recommend
-The wifi connection wasnt good
-We were a group of 5 and the apartment was quite small for such amount of People - definitely more like suitable for 4.
-the second bathroom didnt have a bin
-lacked something where to dry clothes/swimsuits

The location was perfect
Parking was meant to be €40 but ended up being €78 due to our host not informing of us that parking was unavailable in the near by car park due to a market the following day. We moved when we found out but that cost €18 euro and the next available option was €30 per day.
The kitchen was poorly equipped with only a bread knife available for food prep. There was also no bottle opener provided although fortunately a local shop was kind enough to open our wine!
