It needs a deep cleaning. On the surface it’s clean. However, cabinets, closets, drawers, not so clean. Those areas have a musty smell. The first day I spent cleaning those areas, oscillating fans, vents, etc. I also replace the AC filter.

My family and I had a great stay. The condo is updated with great decoration and all the essentials. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Greg and Shari

Terrific views

We decided to stay at this condo. When we got there check in was so easy. We got into the condo and it was so clean and cozy. The view of the beach was fantastic along with the beach being very family friendly. The owners were so nice and very welcoming as well. They communicated with us so well and got back to us quickly. Another plus is the things near by the condo. The pool was also very nice to go along with it. We will definitely be booking here again!

When we arrived it was very easy to check in. Once we got in the room it looked even better than the pictures. It’s a very clean condo with an awesome view. We did. Ot have any troubles while staying here. I would definitely book this condo again.

The property in general is still under repairs from a double hurricane that happened a couple of years ago. all in all, deconstruction did not bother us as the pool was open and access to the beach was readily available. However, when I went out to drink my morning coffee on the balcony, workers showed up and closed the door off with plastic in preparation of doing their work. He told us he would need the balcony doorway for two days and needless to say we were pretty upset. I immediately contacted the owner. He apologized and gave us three days credit in the form of a refund. The work was actually done in a day and a half, still miss my morning coffee on the balcony, but they left the balcony in good shape. It would’ve been nice if the listing had said there was ongoing construction. Greg was very apologetic and we’re satisfied with the way he handled the situation. It is a beautiful area and the condo is a really nice and has almost everything you need except TP. At the end of our stay we both agreed we would stay here again.

Very happy with our condo at Southpoint. We stayed in another condo before because we like this property and I would highly recommend our most recent experience. The owner communicated with us and when I did have questions he responded quickly. I was pleased to see how much extras were in the kitchen. The condo property is going through a renovation of their sliding doors so there is some noise but we didn’t go to Florida to sit in a condo 😎

Just as described...oceanside, stocked with necessities for beach. Very comfortable condo. In close proximity to lots of things to do. We had a great time
