Everything about this condo was fabulous! From cleanliness to amenities, accessibility, view, etc. we loved our stay and will be definitely booking this unit again in the future!

We LOVED this condo! We loved the location, the unit itself, plus all the extras in the condo, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and especially the beach CART! That was so much help with our 20-month old and all of our stuff! We will definitely stay here again!!! :)

Awesome location, beautiful beach view, and a very nice condominium!! Kent Amos is the man, he was very helpful and had some really good recommendations on food and fun!!

Nothing to complain about with this condo or owner!! Both were absolutely amazing! Condo was very well stocked! It had everything we could have ever wanted/needed from kitchen supplies to games. Beds were comfy! View was beautiful! We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there. We would without a doubt stay here again if we end up back in the area.

Location was ideal for us. Beachfront. Got to sit on the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean. It wasn't as crowded as our location last year which was nice. Beach chair rentals were reasonable for the week. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. I would rent this condo anytime.

Great view, condo was located in a perfect location, condo was clean, no issues, Kent was easy to communicate with, responded almost immediately when I contacted him, would definitely go back, my family enjoyed it immensely! Can’t wait to go back!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Beach was not too crowded but still walking distance to the pier. Several great restaurants right across the street. Crosswalk directly in front of the hotel leads to the best fish restaurant around. Appreciated the beach wagon and beach toys. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the condo. The view is amazing. You can watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The owner was also great and easy to communicate with if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was as described with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation in an excellent location away from the crowds but within walking distance to many places and shirt drive to all you need. Great views located right on beach.

Had a great stay, third bedroom was super small, difficult to see from pictures, so a little misleading for our group, other bedrooms were great. But overall excellent stay!!

Great vacation! We went to celebrate our friends 60th birthday and we loved every minute of it. The condo was very clean and the view was wonderful! Beds were very comfy and the rooms were a great size. Easy access to the beach and pool. We loved that we had a parking spot and we felt very safe going to and from the car. Great location since we traveled from the airport but also wanted to go to Destin to eat. We will be coming back next year. Thank you for all your help.

We're native Floridians and have traveled all over FL. This was by far one of my favorite VRBO places to be. Its not in a crowded 20 story, screaming kids, drunk 20's condo bldg. Very family friendly, quiet, relaxed, no rush and clean bldg. The cleaning staff is excellent, the beds were soft, the kitchen has everything u need including a panini press (wish we'd see it sooner lol) and the owners are wonderful to boot. Excellent, excellent stay for sure. We'll be back!

This was our first trip to the Destin, FWB area and it was amazing. The property was exactly as advertised with excellent beachfront views and access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and even more if you are willing to take a short drive. Kent was an excellent host checking in to make sure we were all set prior to and after our stay.

We were in for a competition at the conference center. Super convenient and very comfortable for our stay. Beach was great

What a wonderful place to stay with spectacular views. We enjoyed our stay and were able to relax and take in the amazing sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beach. We were able to see the fireworks from the beach and also our balcony. It is a wonderful experience for our family!

Our family of 5 stayed during Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time! We saw dolphins, manta rays, crabs, and flying fish everywhere! Sitting on the balcony with morning coffee watching the sun rise or evening tea watching the beautiful sunset over the water-it was always an adventure. I even cooked a full Thanksgiving feast on Thursday complete with turkey, ham, fixings, and pie. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy! There is a cooler, beach chairs, and toys in the closet to enjoy on the beach, which is right downstairs. We could not have had a more enjoyable time and hope to come back soon!

Great view and great location. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to hear the waves while sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has amazing views of the beach and was close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach buggy, ice chest and boogie boards in the property were such a plus for us as we made our way to the beach and back. The beds were super comfortable too! The owner and housekeeper were very prompt each time I reached out to them. I would definitely stay here again!

I found this condo online, kind of last minute. They had a cancellation so I really lucked into it, I’m so thankful I did. Ken (owner) contacted me as soon as I booked the room to go over everything. I found the condo to be exactly as listed, perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. The oceanfront view is gorgeous, and the condo was awesome with a lot of recent updates including appliances. There was also lots of extras such as beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys, etc. so we didn’t have to bring our own. Not to mention a very well stocked kitchen with anything you could need. We’ve rented condos for many years at various locations, this is probably the best one I’ve stayed in. Ken provides so many extras and he also gave us some tips on local places to eat which were great as well. We would definitely stay here again. The locations is also great, close to lots of restaurants on the island and a short drive over to Destin. I definitely recommend this place.

One issue: bunk beds are in a very small room. So, their suitcases had to stay in the laundry area. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect ....clean ..plenty of room for everyone ...very beautiful views of the emerald coast...day or night ..my whole family loved it....Thank you kent

The property had a great Beachfront view. The condo was comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. The access to the beach was great, it was essentially right out the door.

We enjoyed our stay! The property is quiet and not over crowded. We never had a problem finding an umbrella to sit under. Although we were glad to find the extra chairs in the closet. The condo is spacious and clean. We had everything weneeded in the kitchen and plenty of bath towels. We can't wait for our next visit!!!
