We had such a great stay at the Pelican cottage. Its location is fantastic with all sorts of Amenities around, but yet quiet and quaint. The house was well stocked and the attention to detail was great to experience. We enjoyed the front porch and the games available.

The Pelican Cottage was as advertised--a sweet littke getaway spot in historic Beaufort! I love the history of the house and neighborhood!

The cottage is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Great for exploring historic Beaufort. It is very cute, comfortable and clean. Communication with Denise was excellent! We initially had an issue with the internet, but Denise was very responsive and had the issue resolved the next morning. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay in this cute cottage when in Beaufort again!! Thanks Denise for sharing your home!!

Cute cottage on a quiet street within walking distance to bustling Bay Street. Well provisioned with everything you'd need for your stay and very clean. They even had a pet bed waiting for Trixie. Strongly recommend a short drive to Dockside Restaurant on Lady's Island. A great Southern Seafood restaurant.

Can’t say enough good things about this little cottage! Very clean and well appointed. The little things like the water pressure in the shower to the numerous coffee makers really made it for us. Denise was very responsive to questions and provides a very simple check in process. We will definitely be back!

The Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - easy to walk down town to all of the great restaurants and unique shops. The property manager, Denise, was great to work with. Our only frustration was the TV. There are no local channels so we couldn’t get the local news. We don’t have any of the apps and the channels we could get kept stopping unexpectedly (and resuming after a minute or so). Not a big deal. Overall renting the Pelican Cottage was A plus!

Very convenient, walkable getaway in a beautiful Southern town. Able to easily walk to restaurants, and other interesting places. Denise was easy to communicate with, and prompt with her replies. Thanks for letting us stay .

From this house, you can walk or ride bikes to everything Beaufort had to offer. You are right next to the Historic District, downtown and parks. The hosts have pretty much thought of everything. The cottage is well-stocked and we really appreciated the opportunity to bring our dogs. I would highly recommend this rental and have already sent the listing to three of my friends. We had a wonderful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beaufort and the cottage just added to it. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Better than even expected. Towels and linens were of good quality and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were absolutely no issues. The location in the historic district was perfect. Easily walkable to the waterfront and main street. The manager Denise was so friendly and helpful as well. We'll hopefully be back!

This cottage was in the perfect area to enjoy all Beaufort has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood. Also allows day trips to Charleston and Savannah. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was adorable, clean, and walking distance to the little downtown. Denise was so quick to respond to messages and very accommodating.

This was our first stay with a VRBO host; we were not really sure what to expect. This cottage is thoughtfully appointed, having everything guests could need or want and more for a enjoyable stay. The property is very cute and was super clean when we arrived. The check-in process was was incredible easy. Everything is exactly as advertised and more. There is a bakery/breakfast shop right around the corner; the historic and picturesque areas of Beaufort are all within easy walking distance from the cottage, including the downtown commercial and waterfront areas. We highly recommend a walking exploration of the town. Exceptional is the only appropriate word to describe our host and experience. Our messages were responded to promptly and politely. The few of requests we had were answered in the positive and addressed well above our expectations. Denise, Thank you so much! Our stay ended just yesterday and we have already recommended this cottage to friends & family and are looking forward to our next visit.

The property is an older historic cottage with a lot of charm. The actual gas lanterns outside the door was a great touch. The cottage was spotless and it had one of the best stocked kitchens of any VBRO I've stayed at. It's within walking distance of the waterfront park and main shopping street and a short driving distance to some of the islands and beaches. If I'm in Beaufort again, I will definitely plan on staying here. If there was any complaint, it's that there really is not any private space outside. There are some chairs and a firepit, but they're pretty exposed to the street, but not a big deal

My husband and our 2 little dogs enjoyed this delightful cottage. It was easy and well equipped.
