The beach villla was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and in working order. We LOVED the showers! The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our meals and the grill was perfect for evening meals. The pool was a great addition for the days where the water is a little rough. Gabby and Randy were both great. The doors are a little heavy but that didn't affect our group. Other than that, no complaints! I've already started recommending this property to friends and family!

Amazing house and location! If you want to get away, this place is the spot. Water as blue as the eye can see. Super quiet area so you can really immerse yourself in the surroundings. Loved it!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. House was even better than on the site, very well equipped and the management was extremely helpful, including finding us a last minute private car rental during regatta week when our original reservation fell through. We would absolutely come back!!

Initially I had to contact the owner to see if the manager received my first email. I requested the complimentary ride from the airport to ensure we had room for everyone and our luggage as we also rented a car but had 2 car seats so we didn’t want to make an extra trip. We didn’t see the driver at the airport and when we asked an airport employee said he left because we rented a car, luckily everything barely fit in our rental. Upon arrival housekeeping was finishing and she said she just had linens left and she was done. We went to our rooms to change and there was broken glass in the guestroom, I brought it to the housekeeper’s attention and she said she knew and hasn’t cleaned it yet. But yet she saw us walk in there with our toddlers. We asked for 2 high chairs and were told when we arrived there was only 1. If we knew this beforehand I could have planned accordingly and brought a travel one since we have toddler twins. We never received the property orientation with someone from management, were just told by the housekeeper to email Gabby with any questions. The outdoor furniture had large tears and will soon get moldy with the occasional rain, we covered them with towels so we didn’t sit on the damp foam. The gas grill didn’t start, and was rusty and attracted a ton of flies. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in the laundry room, none in the 3rd bathroom, and 1 roll in the other 2 bathroom so with 6 people we quickly ran out. The location is beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. We had high expectations from the listing but were left disappointed.

• Not clean - the unit was not clean -- food smear on the fridge, the carpets were clearly not vacuumed before our stay with visible chunks of food. The couch covers need a washing. One mirror vanity was broken but I understand that was a freak accident from people before us - we are not concerned about that. • The outside furniture is completely shredded. Unusable and an eye sore. • Kitchen not stocked - Coffee carafe was missing (later we were told they knew it was broken). I had to make coffee by holding a coffee paper over a cheese grater. Very bad way to start a morning. Further - the kitchen has only 4 small cups, 4 large cups for 4 people. We purchased brownie mix to make -- but then there was no tablespoon for measurement and no baking pan. • The internet was so poor that we had to purchase an international data plan so that we could check/send a few emails for work • Our second night, the water pressure went to near zero while one son was showering. Second son could not shower as it was literally a drip.

Loved everything about the house, the island and the people. We had a wonderful time. The beach was very private and there were many fun things to do.

The property is perfect if you want an island getaway where you feel like you own 2 miles of your perfect beach. The house is extremely well located near the airport, easy to get to, and has everything you need and nothing you don't.

This Villa is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. We will stay here again!

Bedrooms have the best view- sunrise from your bedroom🙌🏻 Very clean, Nice location right at the beach. Only bad thing was the broken dishwasher. Love this house!!

So I had my eye on this property for a while and finally booked it this year. I was excited about the set-up for our family as well as the location. Admittedly the location is great although you cant really see the beach from the house, you can see water. First off, the second bedroom isn’t connected to the “main house” so this is an issue for families with little ones. You have to look closely at the layout to tell this and I imagine most would miss it. So every night we locked dad out of the house and he went to his room. It’s basically two units that are in one structure. So just know this going in. I think for the price the dining table needs an upgrade. It’s really outdoor furniture being used inside and food gets stuck between the wicker so not very sanitary. I get that it’s a beach house, but would be nice to feel like the table was clean. The internet and tv options were great. The a/c worked well except the few times the electric went out, which is common on the island. The biggest issue we had was the doors. While they are beautiful, they aren’t functions. I’m not exaggerating…they are an absolute bear to open and close. No way could my daughter even start to let herself in or out, as both adults struggled. We were told it was due to all the rain, but it was such a pain that we dreaded opening the doors by the end of trip and a METAL handle broke off of one of the doors the day before we left. When I reported it had happened, they weren’t even surprised and said it wasn’t the first time and told us not to worry about it. It was on the extra unit door so Dad somehow managed, but there need to be an alternate entrance other than these terribly heavy sliding door or a call out for the smaller people and older people who can’t just “put their ass into it.” We did feel safe. And the beach is beautiful. But we won’t be back, unfortunately.

My husband and I wanted a beautiful, secluded vacation, and this property fit the bill perfectly! The home is exactly as pictured, with the exception of being even better in person. I am a clean freak, and was blown away with how clean it was. The views from every window were spectacular. The beach was white sand and powdery soft. We were there for six days and saw only eight other people on it the entire time. We felt like it was our private beach! It is centrally located and a short drive to the best grocery and meat stores on the island. A quick 20-minute drive takes you to Coco Plum beach and a 45-minute drive (along beautiful scenery) takes you to the famous Tropic of Cancer beach. The most beautiful blue water we have ever seen. Plenty to do if you are so inclined, and nothing to do but sit in a beach chair and relax if that is your preference! Cannot recommend this property highly enough.

This was our first time to Exuma and Casa Del Mar and we will def be back!! Everything was seamless. The place is just as gorgeous as the photos and centrally located on the island making it easy to get to either side of the island quickly. Everything was clean and just as advertised.

5 stars for all of each of the property, ownership and property management. Highly recommended. We will return.

Just lovely

Villa was just what we were promised. Really close to the airport and surranding beaches.

The beach house was perfect for us. It’s on a beautiful stretch of beach that is almost private. The beach and water on Exuma are stunning. Gabby the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We didn’t do much cooking but appreciated the grill. Overall a great stay.

We loved our stay at Casa Del Mar. The house was as lovely as the pictures...perfect layout for our 2 couple group. The beach and the water is amazing, we think it's the prettiest beach we have ever seen. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future. I almost hate to rave too much because then it will be hard to rebook...it will be too popular!

Beautiful accommodations and updated, amazing views, cold AC, very clean, comfortable beds, well furnished, nice bathrooms.. wifi and Netflix available. Wifi little slow but worked. We had 4 people but could fit 6. They had kayak, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, chairs, umbrella available. Right on the beach. Super close to the airport. About 10 to 15 min to grocery store. The beach is incredible and only saw a few people the whole time on beach. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the Casa Del Mar property. It was the perfect location for our group. The amenities were in good condition, the views were breathtaking and and the property manager was helpful. I don’t think I will stay anyplace else when I decide to return to Exuma. Casa Del Mar provided the right amount of privacy and the luxuries of a five star resort. I highly recommend this property for larger groups.

Everything about the trip was amazing; love the design of the house and property. We lived in 'gazebo' during the days just in awe of the water, breeze and white beaches. We only saw a handful of people on the beach the entire time we were there, so if you like having a beach to yourself, this is the place. Everything was wonderful!

The property is just as pictured. Absolutely beautiful and super comfortable with elegant but simple design lines and modern style. This was the perfect choice for our family of 5 adults. 3/3 spacious, clean and very well located. Super close to the airport (5 min. Or less) with breath taking views and serenity. Kitchen is well equipped and the house was impeccable. (Very well cleaned ). Mattresses extremely comfortable making our night’s sleep truly dreamy. Bathroom state of the art with plenty of shower heads to clean in all the right places 😜. Kiddos to Vladimir for an spectacular rental, and to Gabby for being so pleasant an attentive. Will definitely be back and next time for more than.a week.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing vacation. The location was very convenient to the airport and all necessary services. The beach is fantastic...wide and long. The house had very comfortable beds and was quite spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The house is clean and well decorated. Only negative is the main house’s sliding doors are difficult to open. The owner is extremely responsive to communications. We did have issues with property manager communication, but it was likely due to phones on the island as we found a couple places that said they weren’t receiving calls. All in all, great location and very good house. We’d have no issue staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is located on a beautiful property right by the beach. Check in and out process went very well, property manger was responsive. I would stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. I would definitely recommend having a chef. There are no stores close by to supply the refrigerator and the restaurants are expensive with low quality food. The home is excellent and the manager Gabby is the best. I would definitely stay again. Power will go out overnight occasionally but back on before it gets hot. This home slept and housed four comfortably.

This one will be hard to top! Stunning home in a great location. Perfect layout for our group of two couples. Clean, modern, high quality construction/design/furnishings. Impeccably maintained. Gorgeous stretch of beach perfect for long walks, private (we hardly saw the guests in the other homes on the property). Short drive to groceries, restaurants. Fabulous bathrooms, luxurious beds, wonderful outdoor living spaces. Well-equipped, functional kitchen (not a chef’s dream, but you didn’t come here to cook!). Just stunning design, landscaping, location and comfort. There was a little construction on the street that required a bit of time without electricity, but it was a minor inconvenience and caretaker Gabby kept us informed as best she could. One of the other guests on the property was very upset, but it was really no big deal to us - things in the Bahamas are just not done as they are in the US, and you have to have a certain degree of “roll with it” when you come to the Out Islands. We would return in a second - Casa Del Mar is the best house we’ve stayed in on our favorite island.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Enjoyed our morning walks before we hit the island every day. Loved the beach chairs/umbrellas and gas bbq grill!

The house is modern amd clean, perfect location on a perfect beach with a perfect view. Beds so comfortable and staff was just fabulous. We did need a new fridge and they were there in a jiffy. I think our only complaint was the sliding glass doors are incredibly heavy in and out but kept us in a cool comfortable home. Thank you to all. Gabby, mom, and hubby all wonderful

The house is amazing, modern and very comfortable, very well equipped and literally steps from the ocean. This house is perfect for large groups, there are two extra villa that can be rented and combined, pool, volley ball, kids play area and much more! Communication with the hosts was very good, very easy check in and we also got a list of reccomandations for boats, day trips, and restaurants. We cannot wait to go back! Amazing vacation, total relaxation!
