The premier room - the water was not training out and had a musty smell

The room cleaned n so spacious. Convenient store and cafe so nearby. The view was ok. The parking is easy and a lot of space. Overall, we've very comfortable.

I know nowadays is a modern day. Every payment is using a card, but not all of us gonna use a card for the payment. Some of us still prefer cash. Reception should be standby a petty cash. By the way, I've already asked the hotel if we can pay in cash, and they said can. That day, our check-in did not go very smoothly because they didn't have a small change. It's kinda embarrassing for us to stand at the counter for a long time.

The room was pretty big, clean, new and very well equipped with all required toiletries.

We did ask for room cleaning about an hour after we checked in but the concierge did not accommodate. For the price we pay, we hope that cleaning services can be accommodated as and when requested

The room facing the town is a bit noisy during the night from the sound of traffic and nearby buskers from foodcourt

Hotel check in process was too long. No free drinking water supplied to room except for 2 bottles provided during the initial check-in. Too many construction happening ard the hotel and extremely noisy with a lot of motorcycles racing like sound till wee hours like 2am ++.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was super amazing. just a few steps to eat, gas station and coffee starb 😀. 10 min drive to Genting P O. ample parking space is a plus plus plus.

We liked the town around the hotel very interesting nice little café ..hotel clean and tidy nice people. Nice hotel but not in the right location for us.

Too far away from genting if that's where you are going for. You have to get a taxi to the skyway that takes you up to genting. It is not possible to walk. Not a huge problem but if you are going to genting you are best to stay up there. Building works to front and rear of hotel at the time we stayed.

浴槽はありません。 部屋はゲンティンビューと、マウンテンビューがあります。マウンテンビューの場合は街に面しており、クラブがあるため若干の騒音があります。私は気になりませんが、日本であればあり得ない音ですので、気になる方は追加料金を払ってゲンティンビューの部屋をリクエストしてください。

The location is quite strategic. Away from the busy-ness of people going to the uphill. Room is clean and spacious. Easy to get outside food as there are many stall outside (walking distance) from the hotel.

The hotel looked impressive from the outside and inside, and the rooftop view was nice. The hotel has a reasonably equipped gym.

I was unhappy the minute I checked in - there were 3 staff at the reception - 2 free and one attending to a guest - yet we were asked to wait in line to check in, which was at 3.30 pm. The room was nice inside, but the cleanliness in the bathroom was poor. The bathroom was clogged, and the bathroom walls were dirty. The room rate is so expensive, yet it does not include breakfast. With a beautiful view and fresh air, one can't enjoy it because the room balcony overlooks the other apartment, and both properties are so close that anyone standing can view the whole room across.

The exceptional location of the hotel means that you would most likely not consume breakfast in the hotel. Right infront of the hotel and to its side there are perhaps 15 restaurants and eateries all with-in walking distance. The hotel's price point for the breakfast would discourage the usual singapore or malaysian traveller. its about S$20 a person i believe. For that price, a savvy traveller could feed a family of 3 or 4 potentially. Savvy is not being cheap. I tip very heavily but i feel there should be value and the value for money on the hotel's breakfast is clearly not there.

1)The wifi needs to be upgraded. 2) The smart TV doesnt have NETFLIX ! - which is a huge let down because much cheaper Airbnbs immediately next to the hotel would have this feature. 3) Hotel swimming pool probably needs more maintenance. Son & wife got allergic reaction with scratching and redness for a day after swimming.

Its clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is good , our first choice of property to stay for each trip to Genting Highland
