I really don't want to share how special this unit was.....I don't want secret to get out. Pass A Grille is my absolute favorite place in Florida. It is a quaint small town with ocean on one side and bay on the other. It is dog friendly with old Florida feel. This unit is on second floor with beautiful views of the gulf. We drank our morning coffee on balcony and watched sunset in the evening. Unit is beautifully decorated and perfect for two. Hope to visit many more times. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Beach Club at Pass-a-grille. The condo has everything we needed and the decor had a great beach vibe. The balcony was overlooking the ocean and the sunsets were spectacular! The heated pool was great for the few days that the beach was a little windy. The best part was we were across from the beach and around the corner from restaurants, ice cream shop, bars, shopping and we didn’t need our car on most days. There was a great little bar and grill in walking distance that was right on the beach that has live music. The few nights we wanted to go out further we took the free shuttle to St Pete Beach.

This is our second stay here and we love it. Very close to the beach, kids loved the pool. Beach gear/towels in room meant less packing for us. Can't wait to come back next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunset views were fantastic. The place was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. Loved it!

The condo is very nice and have stayed here multiple times. The only negative is the pool is never swept well and the skimmer baskets were crammed full with palm leaves and bugs. The lounge chairs are worn out and look terrible.

Nice property in the heart of the Pass-a-Grille historic district. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Washer/dryer was convenient. We already signed up for next year!

Easy booking, check-in, and check-out. Parking was easy. Great quiet spot to enjoy Pass-a-grille.

Third time at this condo. Love it!

We've stayed in this complex before under (different unit) and previous ownership. We love the location and the units proximity beach and restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished with most of what is needed for your stay. Sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, having lunch, or an evening cocktail with a view and the sunsets can't be beat. Some minor issues. The cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom has some mold growing in the caulk and grout lines and needed more towel racks for hanging towels, washcloths and wet items. For a weeks stay the supply of towels was great but we could have used a few more washcloths. After turning on the water in the tub faucet it was a rusty color, but finally faded after running about 30 seconds. The bed was weight warn with peaks and valleys and wasn't comfortable for me being older. Woke up with lower back pain from a soft bed. The sheets were not tight fitting and kept pulling off overnight. The carpeting was in bad need of shampooing or replaced entirely as it was stained and dirty. Sadly we had broken a wine glass and we appreciate the management's understanding since it was accidental. The washer had musty smelling being a front loader. We have a front loader at home. Mold and musty smell is indicative when the door is shut not allowing to dry and air out after washing. It should be propped open to prevent that musty smell from occurring. We ran some bleach through a wash cycle to eliminate it, but part of maintenance it should be done periodically for prevention. Overall, still a great property and we would stay again as we cannot knock the property for these minor issues, just some TLC. We certainly want to be honest in our review. We highly recommend to others to stay at this location. Thank you for stay.

Everything you need for a beach getaway with a perfect location. Enjoyed our stay!

This is our 3 time staying at this condo complex. First time in this unit. The only thing I would recommend is in the shower . You either get freezing water or scalding water no in between could be dangerous for small children. Love the view and closeness to everything you need. Can’t wait to come back to Passé Grille.

Best location in Passagrille BUT... Pros: VERY clean large living area and bedroom well equipped kitchen (for a condo) huge balcony with good view Cons: maintenance is not taken care of Main door and balcony door latches do not work at all, you must use the deadbolts. Old review mention this, so nobody cares? We also got locked out on the balcony WITHOUT locking the door. Luckly someone was inside. Worst bed ever. Again mentioned in old reviews. They tried putting a very SOFT topper on which made it worse. Hot water is an instant on gas unit with PLENTY of scalding hot water...BUT...you can't adjust it at all. Two choices, melt your skin off or freeze. Also mentioned in old reviews. Summary: could be the best condo in the area if someone only cared enough to do the little things and spend some money.

I was very impressed with the size of the condo. Great sunset viewing and dinner balcony. Cleanliness could have been better, the glass on coffee table, glass doors on entertainment center and glass top in bedrooms were filmy. The kitchen trash can was full of what looked like smashed crackers, in the bottom, about an inch thick, that I cleaned after taking the trash out. There were several stains on the shell comforter that looked like blood but hoping it was coffee. Couldn’t regulate the water temp in the shower, either freezing or scorching. The king bed is very soft and comfy and so was the couch in the living room. Overall fantastic condo! Definitely don’t forget to bring extra paper towels,TP, coffee filters( I left some) and trash bags depending on your length of stay. There were beach chairs, towels, some toys, beach mat and a great cooler was provided. We were very grateful for the pool, there was some red tide for a few days. We made lots of new memories in the condo and Pass-A-Grille. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The shower totally sucks. The shower curtain doesn't fit there for water goes all over and the shower head is horrid! The kitchen was infested with ants. No matter all the cleaners, disinfectants, etc. They were all over. Other than that, the unit was nice view of the Gulf and close to the beach, places to eat and the ice cream store.

The location of this rental is excellent. It is located near shopping on 8th street as well as several restaurants and it is directly across the street from the beach. I would suggest the owners consider a new mattress/box spring as this one is soft and sinks toward the middle. That isn’t a deal breaker considering all the positive of this property and we would definitely stay here again.

This is tough. You will not find another location better in Pass-A-Grille! We had an amazing time! But if this unit was located anywhere but where it is now, we would probably not stay again. Maybe a younger crowd that just needs a place to party and flop would be more carefree about the conditions. Within the first hour, we dropped a piece of ice on the supposedly just cleaned kitchen floor. I took a paper towel to the melting ice and the towel came up solid dirt blackish. Not good. The bedroom carpet is shot, filthy, and stained. We ended up wearing our sandals inside as the bottoms our feet turned black with just a few steps around the unit. Turn on the shower, and the curtain sucks into you. How about a weighted liner for $10? The bedroom ceiling began leaking water from the air conditioner condenser on the roof. The ceiling blistered badly, and was ready to collapse into the room if we had not noticed it early. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable, even with the 3" foam topper on top of the topper mattress. Only thing is that the fitted sheets are made for standard mattresses. Other words, not "deep enough" for topper + topper. At least use fitted sheets that fit, and maybe use those elastic straps on the corners to hold the sheet in place. Not fun having the sheet wadded up under you when trying to sleep. The couch/sofa bed is most uncomfortable to sit on. Lord knows what the sofa bed must be like. The one patio table and two chairs is the only pieces on the large, and amazing patio facing the beach. At least place better cushions on the chairs. Maybe add a few more pieces? Your neighbors have. How about a kitchen trash can that is a little larger? It will even work with the few trash bags provided. Then move the existing can into the bathroom to replace the one barely larger than a Kleenex box. GREAT LOCATION, but in general the place was dirty, eclectic, and uncomfortable. A few dollars, and oversight of the property manager could make this unit user friendly to a larger cross-section of visitors. Otherwise just rent it to the under 30 crowd who often doesn't care.

Great location with balcony overlooking the gulf. Very nice beach chairs were provided. Check in & out went smooth enough. My wife and I have already recommended this property to others.

Loved this condo complex , stayed there in December 2020 , hopefully will be back for the winter !

We enjoyed this condo and were thrilled with its location. We could walk to the beach, shopping, church and lots of yummy restaurants. It was so much fun to wake up and cross the street to walk the beach for some of the best shelling ever! We had trouble with the TVs, called the manager who came immediately and solved our problem. The condo was well stocked, had a great hot shower and a huge deck. We were there during a hurricane but felt safe in this building. The one item we missed was a working grill. It would be great to add a gas grill on the pool deck. We hope to return.

Second time staying here, was just as great as the first. Property manager was super prompt to get us the parking pass taken by the previous guest and came out within an hour when we had concerns about the AC. Perfect location. Hope to return next year.
