Bien équipé, très bien positionné, le Parc Trinité est un plus ainsi que le balcon.

La douche trop encombrant avec un rideau collé à la peau lors qu'on prend la douche, Niveau propreté l'appartement n'été pas terrible, voir un peu... J'ai perdue deux matinée a faire le ménage. Connexion Wi-Fi ne passe pas sur le balcon

The apartment is exactly as showed on the pictures, comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the building well-maintained and quiet. The linens and towels generously supplied. The apartment could not be better located, parc de la trinité on front of the apartment, short walk to the busstop where the maximum waiting time for a bus is 3minutes to the centre of Saint-Denis. I must extra compliment you that you picked me up from my previous stay to your apartment and also brought me to the airport. Very helpful l, thank you again. I will definitely recommend your apartment.  

Very modern, also clean and comfy for a good price. Also a pleasant, quiet location near the city park. City centre in walking distance. Full of amenities!

The shower is pretty small, taller or "bigger" people could have a problem with it. We managed to let the air through the apartment in order to cool it off during the hot days, but air conditioning would make the nights much better - also because of the mosquitos during the wet season.

The owner of this property was very friendly and good person
