Very clean and nice room, with coffe, breakfast, good bathroom with hairdryer, good location, walking distance to bus&train station, to the sea. Helpful owner. Very nice stay I can recommend!

Had a lovely stay here. The host was so helpful and the room was as described. Every facility was exceptional. The bathroom had an amazing shower. The property has a Spar just around the corner. Breakfast was pastries in a box which were lovely. Host is at the end of a WhatsApp chat, if needed. Great location to explore Pescara. Would recommend!

The property is nice clean and modern. The hosts are sweet and will give you all the information you need. It was a lovely experience and I recommend it for anyone that wants to explore the area.

The location is great, very near the city center and near to the beach and the trains /buses. The accommodation is clean and pleasant. We had water in the fridge when we arrived. There is also a espresso machine where you can make your own coffee and tea from capsules. No interaction with the host, you can enter with the internet and instructions you receive via WhatsApp.

The bed sheets had a stain, one of the towels had 2 large stains. Unpleasant. It was also weird that we were expected to vacate the room daily by 11 for cleaning. Generally we decide if we want cleaning or not. Also, no food is allowed in the room and you are reprimanded if you break that rule. Breakfast for 2 people consisted of a box of 4-5 small pastries (for both). That's it.

New and clean bedroom in good location close to the center.

The staff was chasing for documents days before arrival in a pretty rude way. On the day of departure a guy came before checkout time to tell us he needs to clean. I wouldn’t choose this location again because of the staff.
