Very roomy house ! Perfect for night before preparations for getting married at Warwick House the next day! Hot tub perfect for a bit of R n R before my big day!!

The only thing that we struggled with was getting taxis from Warwick House wedding venue. With children later at night the 20 minute walk isn't ideal, so do take this into account. Just a side note, we had tried to pre book but nobody was willing to accept the 1 ish mile journey !

The house is amazing and so is the hot tub. I would highly recommend people to stay here. The local was delightful and the people are so nice.

Very spacious accommodation, we all loved that we could be together the night before and the night of a wedding we were going to close by for that of a friend at Warwick House.

We loved everything about the accommodation. Taxi's however were problematic getting back from the venue to where we were as a lot told us they didn't run after 10:30pm so advice would be to pre-book a taxi or have a designated driver ready.

Lovely comfortable, warm home for the weekend.

Hot tub could have been a little hotter.

Location fantastic, as a group of friends from different ends of England we wanted somewhere in the middle, easy for train station and motorway. Leamington Spa being 15 minutes drive away meant access was fantastic. The property was spotless, parking spaces and hot tub to relax couldn't ask for anything more.
