Very clean, nice village location, well equipped and easy arrival/departure. Our stay was rated down due to construction noise as they are building new chalets (no notice from the resort owner about this). Without this, it would be 5 star review throughout.

Construction Noise

The location of apartment and the outdoor and partially a indoor design. According to the feedback of our husbands the electrical and heating devices or support was well constructed and also the furnishing of the apartment was quality designed.

The layout of apartment was not the same as it was promoted. We waited a house with two bathroom and instead of it we had only one.. For two family it is a stricly small but it was offered for 11 people but in the way that we had to use a living room as a bedroom also. So it was unpleasure for us. Not spoken about it a missing of oven.... that was the only one what we missed from the point of kitchen.

Very beatiful and spacious apartment in a small nice village.

A few issues for improvement; The host had turned off the water, with no note to inform us of this. However, this was resolved after calling the reception. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. No oven in this apartment made it difficult to cook by ourselves, with only a limited number of places to eat in St Lambrecht. It looked like our apartment was the only one missing a table for outdoor dining, and the parasols where thrown on the ground in the middle of the terrace.

Good location with a nice view. Freshly painted and new. Playground was great for our child.

There were a lot of dead horse flies and other bugs that we had to clean up when we arrived. Checkout was scheduled for 10 but then she just walked into the house beforehand unannounced. Told to leave the kitchen dirty so the cleaning people could do their job but we must take all bagged trash to the dumpsters ourselves?? Also found a pair of used underwear in the closet upon arrival.

We like the property because it was corona proof and hardly anyone else staying in our complex The area is beautiful, idyllic small village, friendly people & enough facilities for eating & eventually go to Murau (+/- 15 mins) for a bigger supermarket
