I lived in Chicago almost 20 years ago. It was so great to stay in a neighborhood like a real Chicagoan and not a tourist. The home was clean and lovely. The neighborhood is great and it's an easy ride to downtown making the stay so easy and fun.

Nice place, worked well for our 2 one year olds, close to where we wanted to go. Loves our stay.

Hosts were super easy to communicate with, very flexible, and the place had plenty of room. It was super clean and easy to access. The only issue was that the coffee maker had a hard time working- not really a problem though! The decor was beautiful and the sunroom got lots of light. Would recommend for anyone coming to Chicago and willing to stay a little outside of downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay in Chicago. Apartment was great for our needs - family of 4 with 2 older teens. Was a bit further to walk to transport than we anticipated but was not a problem for us and transport links were good. Overall very good experience.

We had an amazing time staying at the VRBO! Perfect size for 3 adults and 2 children. And a lovely table for our Easter meal and to play games with the family. Highly recommend!!

The place was great for the 4 of us! Very nice and clean. The restaurants near by were incredible too (Pan Artisanal and Caribella were great breakfast/brunch spots close by). Would definitely stay here again. Only slight complaint was that one of the beds was a bit lumpy but it didn’t slow us down. Parking was no issue for us either!

Just gorgeous little escape with views of the mountains and silver lake. Everything smelled good. And looked great. The place has everything you could need.

Nice apartment! We have family that live in Logan Square so location was great! Plenty of room to have them over for dinner. Loved the natural light, decor and the plants. Would stay there again 😊

Beautiful apartment -- decorated beautifully and amazing greenery throughout! We stayed here with our two kids, 1 and 3 years old, and they provided a high chair and toys for the kids, too! There was even utensils and cups/plates for the kids in the kitchen. Really nice to offer all that for families. All the amenities you'd need and more are included. I'd highly recommend this apartment! Hopefully, we can come back again for another stay in the future.

Great apartment, so cozy, feels like you're home. Amazing comfortable beds! Great neighborhood, lots of local restaurants and bars to choose from. 20-30 minutes to downtown, makes it a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

This property worked perfect for me, my brothers and Dad as we celebrated a milestone birthday for our Dad. Great location and the house worked great for us. The kitchen was very nice and dining area worked wonderfully for meals and card games. We went to two Cubs games while there, ~20 min Uber ride to Wrigley which worked great for us. The owners were very responsive with answers to my questions and easy to work with. Will definitely consider staying here again with my family of 5 when we venture back in for Cubs games.

There are a lot of good hosts on this site--in my opinion, Dan ranks among the best. He was incredibly thoughtful in how the home is set up and incredibly communicative/helpful during the stay.
Great set-up for families coming into town. Easy location to get everywhere in the metro area. Well-appointed and decorated. Very clean.
I don't live in such a densely populated area, so the street parking was new/something to navigate. And if that's the most challenging thing on a stay, I'll take it 10/10 times.

The apartment was exceptional and the neighborhood convenient and felt safe. We anticipated parking to be a issue based upon experiences in other large city street parking situations but it wasn’t.
Our host was responsive answered questions and requests in a timely manner.

The apartment was great for our stay with 7 including 3 kids. The checkin was easy and communication was great. The apartment was clean and well cared for. We'll look to this listing for future stays in Chicago

We loved this place! So cute and homey. Great that we each had a bedroom. Appreciated the bathroom toiletries, spices, coffee, and movie apps.

We stayed at this location with a group of 5 girls! We had so much fun. The neighborhood is safe. The house is beautiful & has everything you need. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly and responsive. Parking on the road was not bad at all. Ubering was about 30 min into downtown Chicago but very simple and quick! We would definitely stay again on a return trip!

Great spot in city
We had a great weekend getaway in this beautiful apartment. Close enough to downtown but a nice quiet neighborhood to retreat to after a day in the city. The apartment itself was very spacious and accommodating for our one-year old. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Well maintained and private. Just what a family visiting Chicago needs, especially a family that might otherwise need to get 2 hotel rooms. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend.

The apartment was close enough to the city so we could drive to the museums, etc. It was very roomy for just the three of us. The beds were comfy and the owner was quick to respond to questions. All the houseplants made it feel like home. We were close to the Park & Field restaurant, which was yummy and my son and I enjoyed the ice cream rolls at D'Fruta la Vida. The house decor was awesome too. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to construction but expected in the city. Thanks for a great stay! We would stay here again.

The place is spectacular. I honestly do not even think the pictures do it justice. Great location! Great communication from the owners. Only thing I would change is the curtains. Black out curtains would be great in the bedrooms for those mornings you want to sleep in. Other than this super tiny detail, everything was perfect about our stay. Will recommend to friends and family who visit!
