Great house to rent for a decent sized group. There's 4 full bedrooms and room with 4 single beds. There's also 4 bathrooms, a couple attached to bedrooms. The basement has a theater room with theater seats (that can vibrate and are heated) with a protector setup, the sound only comes from the projector so it's a bit weak but gets the job done. There's also ping pong, foosball, and air hockey downstairs. The hot tub is really big and can hold 8+ people with plenty of room. Everything is labeled really well, past rentals that my group has done hadn't really labeled most things. The owner let us stay an extra half day or so as the cleaners weren't coming the Sunday we were leaving but the Monday afterward so we didn't have to check out at 10am.

Great Location!

From beginning to end, our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect. The home was well appointed, had amazing amenities, and was spotless. The property manger was wonderful, and consistently available with clear communication.

This home was absolutely perfect for our winter weekend getaway w/ friends. The home is clean, beautiful, very well appointed and in an excellent location just a block or two of easy walking from downtown South Haven and the waterfront. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry on both the 1st and 2nd floors, and the swim spa was awesome. The host, Susan, was exceptional in her communication before, during and after our stay. We'd rent this home again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The house has a nice layout for gathering. It was very clean and nicely up to date. We were snowed in all weekend and still had a great time with lots of games and entertainment options in the house. The location would be fantastic in the summer! Would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for property that would fit our family for a Christmas gathering and were very excited to find this property. Only have positive things to say. Communication with owner was excellent, property was just as described and swim spa and theater room were a big hit. The home was even decorated for the season. Property was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.

Book it before you regret it!! This property is beyond amazing and so is the host. Very responsive and tentative, from beginning of stay, throughout and after. This location is perfect and close to everything. Something for everyone to do from ages 2 to 50. Holiday decorations, cleanliness, modern, and lets not forget the swim spa and theater. Comfortably sleeps 12 and enoigh space that you're not bumping into each other. I would recommend this property and definitely plan to stay here again!!!!!!!!

All 12 of us had a wonderful time. It had room for us all to spread out when needed and also places for us to gather. We took full advantage of the theater room with watching movies and kids playing video games on the projector. We kept ourselves busy with the games and spent time relaxing in the evenings in the spa. There is lots of room in the kitchen for preparing meals for 12. The host was fast with communication and very helpful. We would definitely rent this house again.

We kicked off the Christmas Season with a weekend away with family! We were looking for a place to get away and have some quality family time and this house was the PERFECT getaway!!! Not only was the house BEAUTIFUL (even better than in the pictures), and not to mention festively decorated but it was full of things to do! The kids enjoy all the toys, games and puzzles. And we all enjoy the awesome game room, movie theater room and hot tub! The kids all thought it was pretty special to swim outside in December! We forgot my daughters water wings which was no problem because the house was stocked with life jackets and water wings! Literally everything we needed was there. And the icing on the top was the host was Absolutely amazing! She touched base with us before our arrival to see if we needed an early check in or late check out. Touched based during our stay and after went above and beyond for us when my parents forgot some items. This house is within walking distance to downtown South Haven which was also a lot of fun! Overall I can’t say enough great things about this property and the host! 5 stars all around!

The house was super clean and well appointed. Communication with Susan was easy and informative. The spa was wonderful after walking the beach during the day. The location was spot on. We enjoyed the theater room. The house is beautiful!

This South Haven spot was an excellent location for our friends getaway this fall. We had seven adults and two young kids with us and everyone was delighted with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for activities, eating/cooking, and hanging out. I loved that there was a living space on every floor. On top of all that everything was so fresh & clean! The location is perfect for walking into downtown South Haven and to the beach. Can't recommend this place enough!

This house was perfect for our group. House was perfect for four couples and we loved the proximity to restaurants, south beach and shopping. Everything on the rental listing is accurate—the property surpassed our expectations. We will definitely stay again.

We are a group of 7 friends from college who gather every year someplace different. This year marked 49 years of friendship. The location of the home was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and the house far exceeded our expectations!! It is so beautiful and clean and Susan was wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend this home highly enough!

Beautiful vacation home with lots of space for all of us. The hot tub and movie room were some of the favorites and we appreciated being close to everything.

We found the home to be the exact match as described on VRBO; it was large enough, very clean and in excellent proximity to the Lake and the city center. My 3 granddaughters particularly liked the movie room in the basement as they got to watch Rio 1 and Rio 2 streaming from our Disney account. I highly recommend this home to any large group wanting to take a few days off and just chill.

House was so nice and very open. Loved the swim spa and the theater room, both are unique options you can’t easily find elsewhere! Short walk to downtown and to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Bedrooms with bathrooms have so much privacy for everyone. Location to restaurants for meals when we didn’t cook, was perfect. Laundry rooms on two floors were a plus. Spa pool such a nice option after day at the lake. We’ve been coming to South Haven for years & this was by far our favorite house. Communication with owner was great.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities! We recently spent a week and found it to have plenty of room for 5 adults and 7 kids ages 15 and under. The house was very clean and was well thought out in terms of layout for vacation rental. The two laundry facilities were a nice bonus as well as all of the recreational options in the basement (ping pong table, air hockey....entertainment/movie room). We also appreciated the screened-in porch to spend our evenings. The house is around the corner from the downtown area, which made the beach walk a little longer, but still very doable. We very much enjoyed our stay and booked again for next year!

The house was clean and just like the pictures. The swim spa was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We were in walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, farmers market and coffee shops. Host was great!

This property has everything you need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen, beach supplies and games for both indoor and outdoor while there. Super location near downtown and a very easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be using this home again if available when needed.

Our family had a wonderful 2 week vacation at the lake. Both South Haven MI and this house are absolutely charming. This property was perfect for our group. We were so lucky to find a house that suits children of all ages (including infant/toddlers) and the adults too. House highlights - perfect location easy walk to the beach and town, ample amount of supplies (dishes, appliances, high chair, pack & play, coffee maker/ Keurig, baby gates) and activities (puzzles, games, indoor toys, beach toys), 2 washer/dryers, spacious rooms, great parking, screened in porch, movie/game room and of course the swim spa! The owner is also really great to work with. Would highly recommend this property and hope others enjoy as much as we did.

Our extended family had a lovely week in this beautiful home! Two main floor bedrooms are helpful for those needing to avoid stairs. Peaceful front porch and useful screened-in back porch… Such a great home for young children- tons of toys, puzzles/games & outdoor toys available; added bonus with the game tables/theater room in basement! Awesome swim spa. Everything with the property is well-maintained and the owner is very responsive. Around the corner from town, close to beach and we loved walking to the coffee shop each morning!

I took all of my Grandkids age 6 to 20 to Michigan for their first time. This rental is really set up perfectly. The number of bedrooms and baths was ideal. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The location was only a 2 block walk to the downtown and the beach was within walking distance as well. We loved the swim spa. We used it every night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were very good to work with. I would return here!

We had a wonderful long weekend at your home in South Haven. It was clean, very spacious and had everything our family needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The games/puzzles were perfect for the little ones and the swim spa was perfect for the older family members. The location was perfect too, close to downtown restaurants/bars, farmers market and the beach. The host’s communication was excellent - would definitely recommend!
