Beautiful property with easy access to the beach and harbor. Plenty of room for our family. Loved having a kitchen for snacks and meals. Accommodations were ok, no AC, chairs provided for 1/2 of those staying, train was loud since windows were open due to no AC.

Easy access to restaurants and beach and amenities were great at the complex. Our actual property was a bit dated and the tv access was a challange, but the complex was very nice. Upper level was a plus and there was plenty of towels and paper good.

It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and not far from lego land. It easily accommodated all of us. The pricing always is competitive and fits our budget.

Water pressure and temperature adjustment was awful. The wiring and flaps around the dishwasher were broken and harazdous, almost causing a cut to my finger. The soap dispenser in kitchen is also cracked which can cause injury. Only one couch in the main living room, which was not enough for people to sit on. The recliner near the fire place is so warm out that when you sit out in it's painful and feels very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasure trip to San Diego, we were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations!

Our unit was fine (didnt mind at all that it was a bit outdated). It had everything we needed. I forgot to ask about boogie boards and beach toys so we actually bought some at the surf shop. Not sure if that was advertised as included in the rental unit.
We had a maintenance issue come up. With the ease of a text message it was resolved the same day.
We can’t wait to come back.

Unfortunately, that didn’t help us for our stay. They were unable to place us in another unit, but did offer a 20% discount. While we would stay in North Coast Village again, we would pass on this condo.

The pull out bed mattress is extremely old and in rough condition. It was very uncomfortable. The room came with boogie boards, but they were either broken or the really cheap kind that don't work well. We ended up using our friends who had better ones supplied with their room.

The property needs ALL the furniture replaced except for maybe the beds. All the chairs and sofas are worn out and very uncomfortable, the coffee table is broken and just barely holding together. If the furniture was replaced it would be a nice place to stay unless it's summer and hot, with no A/C it gets pretty warm.
