Lovely immaculate apartment. Large balcony with spectacular sea view, and comfy furniture. Comfy beds and bright fresh decor. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine & dishwasher. Perfect location, bars shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. English TV channels an added bonus. Air con in living room only , but fans in both bedrooms. This is a gated area, adding a feeling of security. Taxi rank is a two minute walk. Having stayed in many apartments in Puerto del Carmen , this one seemed to be quite expensive , but it is well worth the price tag, I will definitely be returning .
Only one thing , if you use the air con, you need to keep an eye on the drip tray on the balcony, it fills up pretty quickly , and needs emptying.

The apartment is very well located occupying a first line position to the beach which gives amazing views over the ocean. It is equipped with everything you could reasonably need and furnished in good quality IKEA style things which are of a very good standard for accommodation of this type. The bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. Particularly good is the large balcony/terrace overlooking the beach which is a real sun trap with comfortable seating.
A nice touch was the bottle of wine, water and biscuits present on our arrival together with shampoo in the shower and washing up items in the kitchen.
Having stayed at many apartments of this type in Carmen this is up there with the best. You feel the owners have put a lot of thought into what clients will want and need.

Excellent location across the road from the beach, spotless clean, spacious, modern, all mod cons would highly recommend it if you can afford it.
Apartment is right on the main strip so it is a little noisy at night. Also it is very expensive especially compared to other apartments in the area. We booked last minute so didn't have any choice. That said, it is a beautiful apartment.

Great location, near lots of bars and restaurants. Across the road from the beach too which was lovely. Cristina was very helpful and responded to messages quickly, helping us with queries and booking taxis for the airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony at sunrise are incredible!

Bright, spacious, spotless, with a great view and superb location.
If there was anything it was the manual emptying of the aircon drain tray but overall we can’t fault it

Views and a lovely clean appartment
What an absolutely lovely place to stay, close to everything and just wonderful views from the balcony, we sat there for hours, people watching and the ever changing scenery of Furteraventura in the distance.
A very safe appartment as there is locked gates all around so if you are on your own or with your family you won't have any problems.
