Chambre côté avenue trop bruillante

El personal molt amable i atent, vam tindre un petit problema amb la TV. i ràpidament ens el van solucionar. L'esmorzar és un buffet molt ampli i bo, el menú del sopar també està molt bo, amb buffet de postres.

We loved everything. The location, the views from the room, the rooms and bathroom facilities and the staff at the hotel and the restaurant. It was really good value and a very comfortable property.

The breakfast was great. Use of the jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant next door was amazing. Helped us with parking.

Nothing Balcony furniture would have been great

Staff very friendly. Some spoke very little of our language but with our amature spanish we were able to get by and they were very friendly. Perfect location for hiking (we went in summer) & plenty of bars / restaurants nearby. Cheap parking nearby for 3euro / day. Clean rooms.

Obviously set up mostly for the ski season as no air conditioning so room was very hot at night. (We did go in the middle of summer so it was 38+ degrees so this is to be expected for this time of year)

The best experience for the last 4-5 Years. If you compare with other hotels this should be full 4-stars, but not just 3-stars hotel. Amazing food included (everyday new menu). Good breakfasts, nice SPA (with really hot Sauna). Bus stop near hotel. Just 1 minute walking from telecabina Canillo. You can get fast the center of Grandvalira from sector Canillo (about 15-20 minutes) and coming back also very easy.

Great location in the centre of Canillo. Close to everything you need and the ski slopes. Buffet Breakfast is really good, one of the best I have had in a 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious with nice views to the mountains. Overall good value for money.

One of the members of staff was a bit rude at check in and he was not helpful at all when I asked him if there was an iron in the room. All other staff were good but not the best first impression.

Breakfast buffet was superb, great selection of fried food, breads, cheeses & meats, as well as lots of fruit & cakes. The evening meal with a choice of 3 starters or mains was great, it is cooked to order & much better than a buffet. The menu is also available in English & French. Large wine list. The room was a good size with a large bathroom & patio doors leading to a balcony. From the ski/boot room it is a very short walk to the cable car. Staff were all very friendly.

rooms need some hooks in the bedroom to hang ski jacket/trousers on overnight.

Perfect location near the ski lift, special rooms for skiing stuff, nice breakfast, good heating in the room. Very nice fireplace in the lobby!

The room was shabby with peeled wallpaper and floor. No kettle or fridge in the room. Sauna should be booked in advance and looks shabby as well.

Location & Breakfast

Very old in general. Room: beds really uncomfortable and a continuous motor noise inside the room making difficult to sleep. In the elevator there's an indication to a gym, but there's no facility at all.

Perfect location close to everything ski lift, rental shop and restaurants. Close to public parking which is cheap 5euros if you have ski pass. Room was cleaned every day, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back!

Everything was great

Everything about this place is just great. Super cute ski chalet throwback vibes, excellent breakfast and phenomenal dinner included, close to the gondola in a quaint little village. Great find at a good price. I’ll never be here again, but I’m really glad I was!

Canillo is a sleepy little village, but that’s only a drawback if you want a lot of nightlife options.
