Aparcamiento. Mala conservación. Largas esperas para subir o bajar en el ascensor. Más de cien euros por una noche y la habitación da a la parte trasera del hotel

The hotel had all the main amenities, breakfast buffet was really good with enough choice, the pool was also nice although the water was pretty cold.

We got the simplest room with a view to the ocean, which was nice. Unfortunately it seemed to be missing some basics, such as a kettle and teas/coffees - this was the only thing we missed. The one other thing is that due to the position of the pool and the building, the sun hides behind the building after lunch time, so towards the end of the day, there is no direct sunlight on the pool area.

Location was reason for booking this hotel. It is located close to local amenities, shops, bars & cafes are all within an easy walk. Staff were friendly particularly at check-in & check-out which was efficient given the busy period. Lift access to room which was large, well equipped with frontal sea view.

The food was the main disappointment. Having read previous reviews prior to booking, expected a better standard particularly being more expensive than other nearby hotels. The food generally was luke warm & not replenished sufficiently for the number of guests. Definitely NOT 4 star. Given the number of excellent cafes & restaurants nearby, I would stay at the hotel again but ONLY on a bed & breakfast basis. Car parking is major issue generally at the location & although the hotel offers an underground car park it is very expensive, charged on a daily 15 Euro per day rate. The spa facility is good, but has to be booked to restrict numbers. However, as it is open for non guests this seems unreasonable particularly at busy seasonal periods.

De locatie is top. Hotel zit aan het begin van de levendige boulevard. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De faciliteiten in de kamers zijn minimaal. Koelkast, kluis, koffie/thee, waterkoker zijn alleen tegen betaling verkrijgbaar. Je verwacht deze dingen toch standaard bij een 4* hotel. Parkeren bij het hotel kost €15 p.d. Wifi snelheid is matig. Airco in de kamer deed het vaker niet dan wel. Wij sliepen daarom met balkondeur open.

Me encanto el trato del personal del hotel hacia nosotros, la ubicación y sin dudarlo la comida, nos encantó todo lo que ofrecía el buffet y nos quedamos más que satisfechos!

No es que no nos gustara, pero si es un punto a mejorar. Deberían incluir albornoces, tener un edredón adicional para no tener que pedirlo, y hubiera estado genial que nos hubieran dejado algún detalle en la habitación, tales como alguna botella de sidra y las dos copitas o bombones, ya que viajamos en pareja y es algo que nunca hemos hecha si en falta en otros lugares porque siempre nos lo han puesto, de resto todo genial, volveremos sin duda alguna!!!

Location is on of the best in the city. Beautiful view, close to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hygiene standards are really low. Administration need to improve routines. If cleanness is important factor for u - not recommended. The hotel is old. From floors in the room to furniture. Pool toilets 🤢dirty, no paper. Check plates on the buffet.

On breakfast, the waiter (women, 50 years old) was so rude! First, she replaced me (she came to my table for two people and started to speak something in Spanish .. (she didn't say even Hi first or Hola.., and in 5 min second time, she come and ask me are you alone, and I answered why she is interested?? No answer from her! She never heard of hospitality..

We loved everything, very good hotel , we stayed at 5th floor with sea view which is absolutely amazing . Very clean room , nice big balcony . The hotel was central , you can find everything around , shops , restaurants. The staff was amazing . Would defo go back .

Absence de parking ++ (plein probablement) , alors que je l'avais choisi parce qu'il était annoncé que l'on pouvait s'y garer. Obligé donc de me garer dans un parking payant (33€ environ pour 24h)

This hotel is ok, very basic. The view of the ocean is great, the location is great. Beds are not so comfortable and cleaning was not so great, had leftovers from old tenets. Asked for an extra blanked and never received it. We were with a celiac daughter and disappointed at breakfast, they had some rapped gluten free stuff but not very tasty. But Everyone was nice and helpful and made us gluten free pasta at dinner. Pool is nice but the pool bar slow service and no English it was frustrating. Overall we had a nice but definitely they need to refresh.

The location is perfect. The room had great views over the sea. The check-in staff were very friendly and polite and efficient. The spa is fantastic. I will review this separately.

The check out staff was curt. The buffet style dining was ok but not great. Queues for food. And we had to wait for a free table for breakfast. The room was not that clean and was quite tired looking.

The breakfast was lovely, great selection.

Location was great. Room was a very good size I'd you go for the superior room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Fresh made pancakes or eggs or omelette were really good at breakfast.

Room key randomly stopped working so had to go to reception a couple of times to sort out. Apparently, if you put it in your bag and it's near your mobile device, it loses sync or something like that. Breakfast was just "OK" but I recommend going for pancake or fried egg or an omelette.
