Krásny hotel priamo pri pláži , pekné okolie hotela( bazény ) , veľmi dobrý výber jedál na večeri i raňajkách . Ochotný personál , krásny apartman s výhľadom na more.

Hotel je trochu ďalej od centra Nerja( 2 km) .

Felt spacious in all areas especially the restaurant, reception and pool area. Great outlook from the room over the pool and the beach out to sea. Great size room, bathroom and balcony.

It is looking a bit tired in places, but this did not affect our stay in anyway

가성비 오션뷰 숙소에 엄청 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 친구와 함께한 여행으로 관광으로 지쳤었는데 리조트 주위로 멋진 해변가와 일광을 즐기는 여유로와 보이는 사람들도 보기 좋았고요. 조식 부페 및 점심엔 커피 등 과 버거와 빵도 포함이었습니다. 너무 잘 쉬다 갔고 천구같았어요. 강력 추천합니다.

算是標準備配的美式早餐，可以吃的飽飽的，份量充足，還有整瓶的礦泉水可以取用。沙灘很整潔，設施也是非常完善，這次只短暫停留，下次希望有機會能再訪。

飯店佔地大是缺點也是優點，給了我們一間視野超好的邊間，超贊的海景和室內空間，但進出都要走超久，尤其是現在為了節能而出現的間歇式照明，長長的走廊，硬要走到底，還是怪可怕的，幸好，我不是一個人....雖然有遇到跳電，但櫃台和相關單位，也是立即給出反應及修復，感謝

The location was very nice. The walk along the beech to the central Nerja was ideal and should have been flagged more at reception. The accommodation was very good and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Overall the whole experience was very relaxing and to be recommended.

Tolle Lage am Strand mit großen Liegebereich unter Palmen, sehr angenehm auch im November. Sehr professionelles Personal, insgesamt sehr sauber. Der Ort Nerja ist mit einem Strandspaziergang gut erreichbar.

Das Essen ist ok, aber nicht wirklich gut. Sonst alles bestens.

Wir waren auf unserer Andalusien-Rundreise zweimal für jeweils 2 Nächte im Ona Marinas und hatten beide Male einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Vor allem die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super schön, da es direkt am Meer liegt und man vom Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick im 2. Stock) aus direkt auf die Palmen und das Meer blickt und sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang sieht. Die kleinen Apartments sind kompakt aber ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen kleinen Wohnbereich und einen Balkon. Die kleine Küche ist allerdings wirklich nur "Basic". Es gibt ein kleines 2er-Kochfeld, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und die wichtigsten Utensilien zum Kochen. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt haben wir die Küche genutzt – aufwändige Gerichte sind aber eher nicht zu empfehlen. ;) Zudem ist der nächste Supermarkt eher in Auto- als in Fußnähe. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Beim ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir auch 2x Abendessen dazu gebucht. Es gibt ein Buffet mit einer großen Auswahl und zum Teil auch wirklich leckere Gerichte (die Fischgerichte waren z.B. sehr gut). Insgesamt würden wir das Essen im Hotel aber wohl eher mit 8 als mit 9-10 Punkten bewerten. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und im Restaurantbereich (Frühstück, etc.) sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wie in vielen Kommentaren geschrieben ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist absolut richtig – ist aber eher ein optischer Faktor. An manchen Stellen würde ein neuer Anstrich bzw. eine kleine Renovierung sicherlich gut tun. Den Gesamteindruck trübt das aber nur minimal.

De ligging

Slecht onderhoud , ligbedden vies , terras.vies en schoonmaak kamers erg slecht en personeel niet betrouwbaar of onzorgvuldig, tijden ons verblijf bleek bij vertrek onze Samsung tablet weg te zijn.

Very dated appartement and facilities. Food average.

Location was very good. The pool was nice and it was convenient to have beach access. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the view was very good.

The quality of the food was less than I expected. A lot of choice but not much quality. Enjoying the pool was difficult as too many kids playing with balls and splashing water constantly. I didn’t find that relaxing. Difficult to find beds at the pool/beach as people left their towels on from early in the morning

Excellent service given by all staff especially the reception desk. Food was varied and very good. Facilities very good. The kids were kept entertained during the early evening.

Room key had to be changed 4 times. A little inconvenient but not a big issue.

Only one criticism was towels on sun beds & not occupied, should put a 1/2 hour rule on them when not being used towels will be removed, it works well

Super holiday. Fantastic hotel facilities and location. Travelled with kids aged 13,10,4 and something for all. Brilliant staff. Food was top class - went half board.

The grass area beside the beach was very relaxing for sunbathing and very well maintained. Beautiful foyer and very pleasant staff on reception. Our apartment was very spacious with plenty of storage. Poolside bar was lovely for cocktails/refreshments. Avalon restaurant nearby was fantastic and we would highly recommend. We had breakfast and dinner there on a few occasions.

Breakfast was average, we didn’t avail of it most days even though included in our price. Beach towels provided were poor quality and we felt for a 4 star hotel cushions should be standard with the sunbeds. Walk into the town was at least 25 minutes and we usually got a taxi back each night. We really missed not having a decent supermarket nearby for some fresh milk, bread etc.

Staff where great... such motivation in your team... Don't know how you do it as a management team, but it seems to work, they are great. keep doing what your doing to take care of your staff!

The beds where not comfortable ... Im sorry but not good. Also the beach beds where out dated and uncomfortable. The air con in the rooms was not effective enough. System needs to be updated.

The only thing I didn't like was it was a little bit far from the centre of Nerja

The location was excellent. The fact you had the beach only separated by a lovely lawn was a bonus, the best of both worlds. The food was alright abundant and varied, however, the quality of some products was rather on the low side. It was easily identified some of the stuff was cheaply acquired, nevertheless it was in fresh condition. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly and approachable. Our room was very good with lovely views. The gym opening hours was very good.

Firstly, which I know it is not the hotel’s fault but general rule in Spain, the fact that the air conditioning is controlled at a certain temperature and therefore not cold enough for the heatwaves affecting the area. Another bone of contention and something we would change is the fact that hotels in general, including this one, allow guests to reserve sunbeds and not occupying them until very late in the day and at times not at all. One goes to relax and not having to rush at 7am to reserve a sunbed so that one can guarantee a spot after breakfast. It is disheartening to see people arriving and finding that sunbeds are empty yet they are unable to use them. I am sure if towels/belongings were removed by management after a reasonable time people would be discouraged to continue this practice. Finally, the gym needs a little care and attention.

The property is an €8 taxi out, which we were aware of. We wanted to stay outside the town. But worth nothing it’s a 30 - 40 min walk to the town, if you plan on going in on a daily basis. The level of cleanliness was okay, apart from the bedding which wasn’t change throughout our 5 night stay. Rooms are dated, but overall okay - apart from the aircon.

The air conditioning didn’t work. I asked could it be looked at, somebody did come up but it made absolutely no difference. Even the reception, restaurant etc didn’t have decent air conditioning. When I highlighted this to the staff, they said it was because of the humidity and nothing to do with the aircon. The food was grand, nothing to brag about. I’m glad I didn’t do all inclusive, because it would have been a huge waste of money. The staff weren’t the friendliest, the girls in the shop were quite nice.
