The location is great, the room is modern, spacious and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised with the room size. It’s central location is very handy, close to the train and ferry. The owner and Katerina from reception were extremely helpful with unloading the car and any advise.

Just a little problem if you arrive with a car with a lot of luggage it is a bit awkward because there is no car bay. But in the centre of the city it is understandable. They do provide an offsite parking. So really not a lot to complain about.

This property is set in the heart of Sorrento. An excellent location for food, drinks, beach clubs and close to the Port. Staff were exceptional - Caterina was amazing - she organised transfers for us, identified that we were leaving before breakfast was going to be served so she organised a breakfast package to be delivered to our room the evening before. Caterina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. I will recommend this location to everyone I know and hope to one day return!

The location was incredible, very central and a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredible accommodating and very flexible with leaving luggage and check in/check out times. The room was really lovely, clean, and breakfast was very nice too and delivered to the room.

What a great stay from start to finish!!! Caterina was so welcoming and made us feel at ease as soon as we checked in! She was always there to help.. via whatsapp which was super helpful for anything we needed. Piazzetta was a perfect location, walking distance from everything.. bars, restaurants, the beach & the ferry port (no taxi’s needed during the whole trip). I would 100% recommend & definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!!

Central location close to all amenities, exceptionally clean. A large room with everything we needed. Caterina, the Receptionist gave an exceptional service above and beyond all expectations, she couldn't do enough for us and for this reason we will definitely stay here again.

The location could not be better! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is a great value hotel!

It has limited facilities. No gym/pool. But honestly, we loved walking a block to the ocean!

this guest house was in the most amazing location very short walking distance to all the squares, the beach lift and the beach and marinas. very close to ferry terminals. they literally couldn’t do enough for you, making sure you had everything and even contacted me before we arrived.

it was slightly noisy, this was due to other guests though and the Main Street. outside of the hotels control

This is in a perfect location. The layout is lovely, shower was great, and bed was very comfortable. you’re near the plaza but we didn’t find it noisy at all. Would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location, clean and the space worked well for our family of 5. The thing that changed this from being a great property for o being exceptional were the receptionists Alexandra and Catarina. They were superbly responsive to queries before our stay and then went above and beyond to help us during our stay.
