Very clean, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Great location, easy walk to plenty of restaurants and train station and frequent trains to explore. Helpful and unobtrusive hosts. Would recommend highly.

Cleanliness was a tad lacking but nothing too bad.

Location excellent, easy to find as met with relatives in Nailsea. Nailsea is centrally placed to visit lots of lovely places including Bristol, Bath plus local attractions. The property is excellently appointed with a beautiful centrepiece of a Murano glass lightfitting (I love glass), everything you need in a kitchen, comfortable seating in the lounge areas and a well appointed bathroom. Richard is an extremely helpful and pleasant host.

What can I say? This coach house is above and beyond perfect. Pristine clean, fantastic decor, comfortable, lovely touches from the host with a handwritten letter and treats. Genuinely blown away, especially considering the price. Absolute bargain.
This coach house is in an ideal location, close to a lovely little pub and the railway station.
Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Richard, for being a wonderful host. We had a lovely weekend.

The property is truly exceptional with every little detail thought . It is superbly equipped , decorated and immaculately clean. Everything you need has been taken care of and is a real home from home. Richard the owner is a great guy and was very welcoming.

Everything was perfect. One of the best properties I have used for a short break. The owner had thought of everything.
Plenty space, good kitchen, clean, comfy bed, excellent bathroom and shower and plenty space.

The list of everything I liked about this place would be far too long.
The warming note, the design, everything you need to get comfortable is present, i only wished that I'd booked a few extra days just to appreciate it. Stunning place and an absolute bargain for the price.
If I find myself in Bristol again I'm heading here.

Very good quality furnishings, comfortable, modern open plan, goof wifi, very friendly host, lots of information provided on how to use appliances etc and how to contact host. 15 minutes or less walk to central Nailsea. Nice countryside walks on doorstep.
Cooker, oven, fridge and shower need a clean. Place would benefit from a professional cleaner at end of each guest stay.

a really gorgeous property with all mod cons. The location was perfect for visiting family at Tyntesfield. The property was warm, clean and really beautiful.

There was everything i needed and it was extremely comfortable. It was an easy walk into the town and also to countryside. The apartment was fitted out to a very high standard with nice ornaments and pictures.
It might have been nice to have a garden area actually outside the steps of the apartment but otherwise everything was lovely.

The impressive interior of the spacious apartment, assembled with great care and taste, is designed to a high standard.
Velux windows throughout made the apartment light and airy.
The location offers easy access to the coast, Bristol and Bath and the Cotswolds as well as several pony trekking centres. A must visit is to The Old Farmhouse pub down the road, especially for their Sunday Carvery!
