Beliggenheden er fantastisk og der er en rigtig god stemning. Værten Valeria var yderst hjælpsom og imødekommende.

At nogle af gæsterne ikke respekterede, at der skulle være ro. En spillede guitar en hel eftermiddag og kunne ikke spille - hun øvede sig, og det lød forfærdeligt.

Nada más llegar me encontré las sábanas sucias y una chinche viva encima de la cama. No se como se permite tener abierto un lugar con restos de sangre de otras chinches y falta de higiene. Lo peor es que no pudieron darme ninguna solución y tuve que irme a otro hostel y para rematar me prometieron hacer una devolución de mi estancia y se están haciendo pos locos con tal de no devolvérmela. No voy a pagar 1€ que no he disfrutado y encima me perjudicó el viaje. Espero que se me haga la devolución cuando veáis esta reseña. Si no, no dudaré en llevar hasta el final el asunto con todas las consecuencias.

Die Lage ist gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett. Die Zimmer können mittels Türcode abgeschlossen werden.

Dadurch, dass auch die Eingangstür zum Hostel per Code geöffnet und dieser offenbar selten gewechselt wird, haben sich oft ehemalige Gäste im Hostel aufgehalten. Eine Nacht hat jemand externes im Badezimmer übernachtet?! Rgelmäßig wurden Lebensmittel aus dem Kühlschrank entwendet, der komplett überfüllt war. Insgesamt ist das Hostel einfach nicht ausgestattet für so viele Menschen. Die Küche ist klein und zwei Bäder sind einfach zu wenig für die Anzahl an Gästen. Die Badezimmer selbst sind absolut renovierungsbedürftig - großflächig Schimmel an der Decke, Duschhalterungen kaputt, die Duschkabinen fallen bald auseinander. Das Wasser war nicht zuverlässig heiß und in der Küche gibt es grundsätzlich kein warmes Wasser zum Spülen des Geschirrs, was einfach nur unhygienisch ist! Zumal von den Gästen jeden Tag Meeresfrüchte, Fleisch oder Ei zubereitet wurden.. generell ist die Ausstattung der Küche in schlechtem Zustand, Schäler und Messer unbrauchbar stumpf, Pfannen extrem zerkratzt etc. Mein 4er Zimmer war klein und hatte kein Fenster, so war die Luft extrem schlecht. Es ging lediglich ein Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof raus, der als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt wird und entsprechend laut ist.. Bis auf zwei kleine Nachttische im Zimmer gab es keinerlei Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen aufzuhängen oder unterzubringen. Das Doppelstockbett hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung geknarzt und war sehr instabil. Insgesamt extrem enttäuschend und dreist, es ist eine absolute Frechheit, dafür 45€ die Nacht zu verlangen!

The people are lovely, the location and vibe is great.

My stay was unfortunately ruined by bed bugs. So I left a day early, and I was not offered any compensation nor support. It was clearly a known problem as looking back at reviews I see that it was established they were in that room (the first on the right as you enter). I totally recognise the problem can happen abruptly but I am quite sure they just weren't eradicated properly. I even saw them. And when I mentioned it I was told the last complaint was 4 months ago, which was clearly a lie as a reviewer mentioned they were there the previous month. If I had been offered compensation for the last night I wouldn't review it like this. I get the impression they know it's there and just accept they can't do much about it.

the property was small, all rooms were on one floor with the communicable area and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. due to it being small it was quite social and got to know people quite easily which was nice. everyone I met were so friendly and nice.

the property only had 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet facilities so if you didn’t get up early, you may have to wait a while to use the bathroom but wasn’t too bad. everyone respected each other.
