Being so close to great eating and drinking options. Convenience in terms of accessing snow slopes

Plenty of tea and coffee provided but no milk, and not available ke at reception when we realised in the AM

As described.. placed was very cosy for a family of 4 and everyone enjoyed themselves during our stay

We stayed in Apartment 13 and it was excellent. Very modern, great facilities and the kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommend. and Janene who welcomed us was awesome too. Only issue was the lack of a lift. But otherwise all good.

location was great and room albeit very small was clean and warm. NO hot plate to cook only microwave but had pots which was strange as room said kitchenette???

Check in time is strictly before 6pm on a Friday night which is hard to meet when coming form Melbourne, If they wish to market to weekenders they need to be more flexible on Friday night arrival time.

I wish there was a lift

Staff were extremely rude. I have never encountered anything like this before and hope to never again. Even though we had pre paid they were threatening to call the police if we did not get there at 9.00am the morning after check-in to complete the book in and give our credit card. Initially they told us it was unacceptable that we were not going to get there until late as we were working and could not get there by 5.00pm the night before. It took several phone calls and time to convince them to allow us a late check-in. We did explain that we were there for an event that started early in the morning and did not finish until 12.00. They rang us several times whilst we were at the event trying to get us to leave the event to come and give credit card details. It was then they threatened us with the police. On check out they then accused us of having extra people in the rooms. We had booked for 3 adults and 1 child. This is the number we had. It was very bizarre behavior. A friend who was also staying at the place was with us at checkout and could not believe the behavior. She rang management later to complain and was abused and hung up on.
