This condo exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and most importantly, clean. I always clean rentals before I let my family get comfortable and for the first time I found the rental was clean to my satisfaction. The check in process was easy and all of the codes to access the gym, beach, ect. were accurate…another novel experience.

We have vacationed several times in Fort Walton. This was the first at Blu. It totally exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property. Clean! And Michelle was awesome and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!!

First off, Michelle is amazing. It was so nice to have her cell number and to be able to communicate with the owner and not a management company. Michelle was even able to get us a early check in. We have been staying in the Destin/Sandestin area since 2006 and this is by far the best experience we have had. Her condo is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had my family of 5 ( 3 kids-5,8,20 months) our best friends family of 4 (2 kids 8,5), and my parents. We each had large, comfortable beds with attached personal bathrooms/showers. There isn’t 1 single complaint we have. The property is beautiful, private, beach is not crowded, 1 pool was heated—-it was our best trip to this area and we will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time on our fall break. The hotel amenities were amazing. The owner is easy to communicate with and replies very fast for any questions or concerns you may have. We had 4 adults with 4 kids and had plenty of space on the condo without feeling crapped.

Our family absolutely loved this location and property. The pools and common spaces were exceptionally maintained. The condo itself was amazing and exactly as pictured. Very updated decor and design . The appliances were top of the line and amazing. Great place for a week long family retreat.

Our family stayed at the blu condos unit number 206 for our just completed family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida. The condo was most accommodating with the perfect number of bedrooms, and a very well appointed kitchen. It also had a great pool for the kids and very easy access to a great beach. Michelle, the condo owner has been so great to work with. We all hated to leave and look forward to a return visit..

This place is very nice. It is spacious and worked great for my family. My young grandkids love the zero entry pool. Overall this was a very easy process from start to finish and the location on place is very nice.

This property is one of the best we ever stayed in! The view is amazing and the condo has all of the comforts of home. Being there during a mild tropical storm meant more time indoors than would be typical, but it never felt crowded. We were all sad to leave and breakfast doesn’t taste near as good without that view!

This beachfront property was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the private access to the beach and dedicated beach service of chairs and an umbrella. Michelle was very responsive and proactive in her communications. We will definitely come back to visit if we have another large family gathering.

We enjoyed our stay BLU in FWB. The condo was so pretty , super clean and comfortable! The view was just perfect for our much needed mom’s/friend getaway !! We will be back in hopes of renting the same place!

This was by far the most beautiful place we have stayed in Okaloosa. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, pristine clean, and well- stocked with everything we needed for the week. The owner is fabulous to work with and made our experience with rental and check- in very easy. The property is well maintained with 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, fire pit, grills and plenty of outdoor seating. We had a great week and will definitely be back to Blu again.

The pictures do not do this place Justice! Gorgeous new condo with huge deck overlooking the pools and beautiful beach. Property very well maintained and a great on-site gym too! The beach was spectacular and in the afternoons was great to go right from the beach to the awesome pool. Very close to restaurants and Publix! Owner was wonderful to deal with and made our check-in process super easy. Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated 5 adults and 2 children very well. We also felt the unit had plenty of dishes, utensils, Tupperware, etc so we could cook meals easily. You could see the beach from the 2nd floor unit and keep an eye on the kids while they swam in the pools. I would definitely recommend this property!

This condo is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. Walk out the door and you are on the beach! The accommodations were great and we found the kitchen to be completely stocked. Our communication with Michelle was exceptional. We have stayed at many properties and her communication and complete willingness to make sure our stay was all that we wanted it to be was first class. We could tell upon entering the condo that the cleaning of the unit was remarkable. This was important to us with Covid-19 and we felt completely comfortable. Parking for this unit is 2 uncovered spots and we had no issues with parking at all. Beach umbrella and chairs were included. We really liked that there are 2 pools to enjoy. Highly recommend this condo because of the location and Michelle’s communication with us before and during our stay!
