Lovely modern apartment, very clean and welcoming. Excellent value for money. Excellent location, just a short walk to town.

The property was easy to access, clean and well managed and it was easy to get through to the hosts via phone when needed. I appreciated the items provided including towels, hand soap and kitchen utensils. It was also very helpful to have an allocated parking space right outside.
The sofa and beds were a bit dated but still clean - could benefit with an update.

It felt very homely and fulfilled our needs. The property was quiet and lokated within walking distance to shops and pubs.
Property is very close to local school, and as we were unfortunate to arrive during the school pick up time, all allocated parking spaces for the property were occupied by parents. Had to wait in the car on the road for parents to come back to their cars and drive off.

Outstanding accommodation. Lovely clean, warm, spacious flat , around the corner from the station. We loved the key code entry !!!! The heating was amazing and nicely designed living space . We will for sure come back as we visit Newark every year .

Well presented. Good off street parking. Centrally located within Newark. Easy access to motorway. Very spacious, comfortable flat. Shower is superb. Kitchen is ideal. Would definitely go back without hesitation.
The mattresses were a touch hard for my comfort. The TV in the living room was also rather small. Bulb was out in the bedroom. But these were minor issues that should not in any way put anyone off from staying here. The place was excellent.

the property is really nice couldn’t fault anything about it if ever staying in the area I will be checking if any of these apartments are free to rent thank for the rental of your property p.s love the heating never seen anything like it especially the mirror 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Television reception was very poor. Most Freeview channels unwatchable due to dropouts.

The property was in a good location The property was spacious, clean and well decorated. Good white towels. Car parking very good.
The oven was horribly dirty and verging on the unhealthy.
Lack of a towel rail in the bathroom and more hooks required in the bathroom. Poor quality bed linen and quilt
