Could possibly be a little cleaner upon arrival

We loved the location 🙌 the bike garage, the BBQ and the fireplace. A great setup for mountain bikers. Just awesome digs 👌 Larry is great host, thanks for everything 🤙 we will definitely be back 🤞

This is a great house in a great location. It's close to the trails with ample room. The wood heater is awesome, keeping the place nice and warm. The deck that looks out over the trail heads, it's perfect.
A separate pile of short fire wood and long fire wood because only the short wood fits into the wood heater in the barn.

Perfect location to access Blue Derby Trail, epic deck that overlooks the Trail head and veiws of the river.
Good bike storage and wash bay facilities. Super comfy beds. Excellent coms with the owner.

Derby Digs was a great stay for my family and parents. The location and view was amazing with plenty of bed space. Everything in and around the property was well thought out for biking.
the Wi-Fi! not a big problem though.

faulty DVD player downstairs- has trouble loading and stops playing dvd quickly
Tv very old ( not smart tv)
needs a washing basket to take laundry to clothes line
clean flys out of window tracks
rubber on bike racks needs replacing ( scratching bike )
mat under living room coffee table needs cleaning
double bed mattes needs replacing upstairs we had to move beds.

it was very well set up for MTB riders and also families. Very comfortable. Great location near the trail head and Main Street of Derby.

The property is superbly set up for travelling mountain bikers. The layout of the property is brilliant and the view from the enormous deck is great. Secure bike storage, concrete bike wash down area and full laundry were great after 3 weeks on the road. While a little thing, a property with a more than adequate number of power points is also really refreshing! You can see the trailhead from the deck, so early rides are not tricky at all. All in all, a great place to stay and one I would love to return to.

Location was awesome to access pump track and trails. Views great. Fabulous family spot - lots of room.
Could have been a bit cleaner - cups and bowls were dirty, dishwasher and fridge were not cleaned out properly. Floor dirty in bathrooms.

Great location, close to the Main Street and mtb shuttles, tracks.
Not much really. Some pillows need an upgrade but apart from that is was good. The living area is cosy and if you had 8 people there it would be tight.

Great place to stay! So close to the trails, great bike storage - everything you need. We will be back!
