The location is very near to the JR Koiwa station and full of restaurant and izakaya bar. The public bath is spacious and comfortable. The resting area on the 3rd floor is very comfortable and I spend times before going to bed everyday.

Locker room and the rest area near the capsules are close to the smoking room. it was full of the cigarette smell but not the smoke. The foods from outside are not allowed, so I cannot buy some fruit back to eat at hotel

Good capsule hotel for fast booking, and night sleep. Excellent 24 hours service.

In my opinion, it would be good to offer disposable slippers for free or symbolic price for hygiegenic reasons.

Good sauna, friendly staff, nice surrounding

I stayed here twice and each time was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful, the beds are super comfy, and the bath and sauna are great. It is also very clean and youre given new sheets and towels and pajamas daily. It's just a 3 minute walk from the Koiwa metro station. Also fast wifi through the whole building.

Receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, she even quickly googled how is Thanks in Latvian and would remember to say it every time she saw me. That was a nice surprise compared to most places just trying to use English however English is not my native tounge so this extra attention really made my day. Capsule bed was comfortable. Baths were beautiful. Restaurant staff is really nice.

Capsule felt a bit dirty being aged and having glue and whatever smudges on panels. Smoking area near lockers really made locker area smelly and unpleasant. No decent relaxation space where calls are allowed when I want to work remotely.

The staff will store your luggage for you. There are a lot of floors to explore and I liked the Sauna. Be sure to follow the etiquette. The area is quite inexpensive and they have all kinds of shops and restaurants in Koiwa.

The capsules are a little on the shorter side. Not recommended for people taller than 180cm. You have the option to sleep in the open dormitory but the leather mattresses there are not very comfortable. Also the slight smell of cigarettes might turn some people off.
