This is a superb room in an excellent location with a fantastic host. The room is very clean and modern and the shower is excellent. There is a beautiful balcony with views over a traditional and quiet courtyard. The WiFi is excellent and the fridge is useful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The room is an easy walking distance into the walled city. Communications with the host were instant. The host Alberto could not have been more helpful and kind. Prior to arrival he assisted with ways of transport and directions to the property. Despite my late arrival time, he waited at the property to assist a speedy check in and help with my luggage. Everything was as agreed through booking.com. Alberto ensured that I had a table reserved in nearby restaurant even though my arrival time was 10.30pm. Check in was incredibly straight forward with all of the necessary information in the room and hallway. Recommendations of the best restaurants including the walking distance to visit each was an excellent service to have. Every restaurant recommended was superb and not touristy. Alberto is immediate with responding to any queries via WhatsApp which made the stay incredibly easy. During my stay I was unfortunate to lose my keys and my wallet which could have created a big problem. Alberto managed to track my belongings down 30 miles away and ensured their safe return to me. Having travelled far and wide I can honestly say that I have never before received such a first class treatment. I really could not speak more highly of this property. I would absolutely recommend and will certainly return. Thank you so much.

Nice and clean room, free parking, easy check in, distance to city centre, fair price.

Temperature in room- to be honest there is AC to heat it up little bit, but if u like warm household this is so so solution. If u are light sleeper , well try to find something else, so close to train and busy road.

The room

It was about 20 min walking from the main square and about 5 from the city gate. Very nice and clean place, free parking on the street in front of the door.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to the old city with free public parking in front of it or nearby. Lidl en Conad supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff is friendly, helpful and gives interesting information about the area. The WiFi is good and the tv even has Netflix. The room is big enough, bright, has a fridge and a modern and quiet airconditioning. Good value.

A watercooker would have been nice.

Perfect room located few steps far from the entrance to Lucca city, therefore very close to the city centre. Room was simply perfetc and Toilette as well. You can live the car for free in the public parking area and forget about it for all your stay. A very efficient WiFi. Want to mention, the host accepted our check in early in the morning, showing flexibility, customer orientation and reactivity. Price was very good and the area around is quiet. In few words a perfect experience!

If someone is loud in the hallway or on the stairs you can hear it in the room. Wasnt a problem for us but if your looking for absolute silence it might be not so good.

Very clean, wonderful room, only 600m away from the main gate of Lucca . Helpful and kind host who can explain everything also perfectly in English. Free parking space right in front. Definitely can recommend booking here if you’re looking for place to discover Lucca or are passing by.
