The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and you do need to drive to the local stores no stores or restaurants in walking distance , but everything is so close. The pool was used consistently and very family friendly. As long as the wind is blowing no worries about the biting bugs (mosquitos/ no-seeums) however during our week stay we only had one day with no breeze and the property managers provided a fan which helped keep all away— there is a washer and dryer on site however we didn’t have access, instead when the house managers came they would handle all the laundry— our family enjoyed the hammocks, pool, beach, watching the iguanas on the rocks, massages twice during our week and couldn’t have been more pleased to have the ability to unwind and relax. We did go out to a few dinners but the kids all preferred when we cooked at home so they could have more pool time. 😀

This property and house is WONDERFUL and the pictures do not do it justice!! It's an incredible layout we loved the open air courtyard in the middle of the house and the beautiful layout and bedrooms and spacious areas. The pool was wonderful, the staff Incredible!! Wonderful everything!!

We had a great time at this house. It is truly an amazing house. The short road to get to the house is a dirt road with rocks so you have to go slow, but once you get there is is great. Each room is very nice with a great view. The only problem we had is that there was seaweed all over the beach next to the house and we could not utilize it at all. This was a bit of a headache also with the smell from the seaweed. But, everything else at this house was fabulous. The cleaning crew and management were on top of everything. We also had a chef come in that was recommended by the management team and they were AMAZING!! Highly recommend the Chef. All in all it was a great vacation - we just wish we could have utilized the beach and not have the seaweed.

Could not have had a better experience! Everything was just as advertised and everyone in our group had a wonderful stay.

The Limin da Coconut did not disappoint. It was a wonderful family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main room and pool area are very inviting as promised. It was a lovely vacation and Anguilla is a special place.

This house has so much potential yet simply didn't meet our expectations. It wasn't totally awful, though, and I would be remiss to not mention the good things first. First and foremost, the staff was fantastic. They were very friendly, communicated with us and took care of our needs during our stay. The house has a nice layout with plenty of room and really does a good job of taking advantage of the views, which are pretty spectacular. However, the bedrooms leave much to be desired. For a house of this caliber, they felt very spartan... pretty much four walls and a bed. There is only ONE television in the whole house, and US streaming services largely don't work, so that was not great for the kids (or adults for that matter). Also, we found out after we arrived that the home is situated on the windward side of the island. Unfortunately for us, a windy weather pattern occurred during our stay which really affected our ability to use the pool. But it was downright unbearable in the bedrooms. The wind whistled and vibrated against the windows and walls to the point where sleeping was almost impossible. During the day, our best bet was to drive to the other side of the island to find sheltered beaches (Meade's Bay and Shoal Bay are awesome). We found it very unfortunate that we weren't able to enjoy the home during the day (or night) and wished we'd stayed on the other side of the island to begin with. We left one night early and stayed at the Four Seasons which was absolutely incredible.

Overall wonderful. Have stayed at a number of villas, and this one was easily the best. The property manager was readily accessible and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa surpassed our expectations and we look forward to returning. Privacy and incredible views. Great place to decompress. Highly recommend.
