We are a group of 12 individuals that take an annual trip to reconnect and reflect. Rockbridge Retreat was the perfect spot to us to do so. We enjoyed the amenities the house provided, especially the pool, outside table and chairs and the fire pit area. Ryan was super responsive to questions and even checked in to occasionally to see how our stay was. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed perfect weather while there that allowed plenty of outdoor time.

Spent a long weekend with family. We had a great time. The lodge has everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and all the amenities. Host was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. Check in/out process was straight forward and extremely easy to follow.

We loved having a girls trip at this place. Very clean, spacious, awesome pool and hot tub! Don’t forget to pack shampoo, conditioner and body wash as that is not provided. Very easy to communicate with host!

Beautiful home with lots of space for our family to enjoy the weekend.

We had an amazing weekend. The lodge felt like home. Communication up to and during the stay was great. Everything was as described. It was roomy, yet cozy. Quiet, yet not too far from retail, shopping, and adventures. I loved the stay and will definitely put this at the top of my list for future stays!

Great home, great location to Hocking Hills.

We had a great stay in Rockbridge! The home was actually nicer than the photos made it look. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to find some privacy. It was a great location for exploring the Hocking Hills area. Our only issues were the bees by the pool and the dirty pool and hot tub. The pool was cleaned up shortly after we arrived but the hot tub was green and dirty the whole time.

The house was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. Extra kid friendly things in the basement to do when the rain came. Great location to the flea market and hiking.

Really liked the house. Hot water issues, so couldnt shower when wanted and couldnt use the jetted tub. The animal feces on the kitchen floor was a disgusting situation. Grandkids really enjoyed the pool.

Owner was very responsive to our requests. Overall stay was good.

We loved our time here. The property was great. Vacationing with teens can be tricky, but they were so pleased with the beautiful pool, quiet setting and campfires each night. We made great memories at the Rockbridge Retreat. We plan to stay here again.

Very spacious, beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, even in the sprinkling rain. Only drawback was the dryer didn’t work and lack of closets/armoires for clothes.

The house was great. Plenty of room for everyone. We used the pool and patio area a lot. The hot tub was a bonus after a long hiking day. Location close to hikes and grocery. All good Well stocked, clean and kept up.

We had a fun weekend, hanging out in the pool and enjoying time away. This is our 3rd time coming to this home and we will keep coming back!

Our family enjoyed the house with large, well stocked kitchen and many bathrooms & bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the convenience to the highway and hiking trails. Many hours were spent outdoors behind the house around the beautiful pool, fire pit, hot tub and large dining table which were in a convenient layout. Great communication with owner and staff. We’ll be back!

This is an amazing property, it was nice to see all of the changes they made in a year. It was amazing to begin with and now it's even better! The communication is amazing and we will definitely be back!!

Loved the property and Ryan was extremely helpful. Everything was easy to use and the home was incredibly comfortable that had a great space for our group to hang out together while also having separate space for some privacy if needed.

Property & location is really good. Some smell is always there which is annoying (May be need one deep clean up). Other than that it’s excellent place.

The house and amenities were terrific. We enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. They were a great way to unwind after a long day of hiking!

Our family had a great time. Check in was easy, the door code wasn’t working prior to us arriving and Ryan messaged us to make sure we knew. We were able to go to the visitors center and get a few short hikes in before evening. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We weren’t able to get the pool heated up, but our group didn’t miss out as our days were spent in Hocking Hills hiking and the evenings we made camp fires and soaked in the hot tub. There was plenty of space for us, the kids enjoyed the tv options while the grownups played cards and caught up. Overall our family enjoyed the house for the weekend it’s perfect for a quick getaway.

Our family of seven enjoyed this home for nine days. The owners were responsive and immediately got us whatever we needed. The house and property are so clean, well equipped and everything was in working order. Highly recommend this property.

This was our second year staying at your home as a group. We were pleasantly surprised to see the addition of an extra bathroom and small bedroom! One downside, the hot tub was not hot for the first day of our two day stay. It was not very warm outside and we were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub but it took 5 hours after our check in time to be warmed up. Other than that, everything was great!

This is our 3rd year staying at this location and we love it!! Communication is quick and easy. Love the new updates.

Overall good experience! Pros: Pool with automatic cover/ hot tub &outdoor area were very nice- extra beach towels available for use was very convenient! Plenty of sleeping space, nice sized rooms, nice bathrooms, large kitchen island, double ovens, big refrigerator, water jug dispenser. Host responded to messages pretty quickly. CONS: The house could use a good deep clean and some small home repairs: dust built up on ceiling fans/light fixture over kitchen island, remnants of dog hair from previous renters on carpet in living room and under furniture. The house also had an odor of dog when we arrived requiring us to buy air freshers and febreeze to freshen up. There was a broken hot water handle on the only bathtub in the house, door out to pool area difficult to open, door from living room to deck would not open, dryer takes a long time to dry a small load and shuts off before dry. The well water has a very strong sulfur smell. It would be helpful to have more specific check in instructions (with pool cover code, etc.) and also check out instructions.

We had a great time. The house was awesome and very roomy. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were amazing and provided hours of entertainment for our family. Our adult kids and grandkids are already asking when we can visit again!

Overall a nice property. The pool was not heated as stated in the description of property the heater was not working. Told manager about it but nothing was done. The tub in master bathroom had no hot water. Faucet in second floor bathroom was leaking. No smoke detectors in the bedrooms this really bothered my husband who is a retired fireman.

The pool and hot tub were absolutely awesome! We had a great weekend!

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. My family enjoys it very much and hates leaving. The kids swim from sun up to sun down. It’s very close to the winery & hiking trails. We will continue to come every summer.

This was my first time renting a house and I enjoyed it. Brandon was so accommodating and he communicated with me the entire stay from our late arrival to our making it back home. He checked to see if we were ok because we did not all arrive as stated to do the walk through of the house and he texted to check to see if we made it home safely. There were more than enough cookware and place settings for the family to use. Nice coffee bar stock with all types of coffee cream and sugars. The bedrooms were as described with just the right number of restrooms. The location of the house was perfect. At the end of a Cul-de-sac. I would rent from them again.
