ideal apartment for a business trip, great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, great wi-fi and space for smart working.

For Paris standards, room was pretty big and very modern. It had AC, good shampoo & conditioner and a nespresso machine. Great system with lockers where you can leave you luggage. Perfect location and easy self check-in. Internet worked perfectly as well.

As is often the case, room wasn’t particularly sound proof, which meant you would be woken up if your next door neighbor is talking or just coming back to his/her room. I also would have liked to have a way to lock the room from my end or have a chain to add a bit of security. Since you can hear everything, it feels very close and it would make it more comfortable to know you locked your own door.

Location is perfect New! Cosy & Comfortable

Beautiful, clean and small room in a really nice area. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and had ammenities provided. The rooms were easy to find and the street was safe with nearby restaurants.

The soundproofing was not amazing so I did hear the coughing from the person next door a fair bit, but other than that it was flawless. Paris is a very expensive city so it’s no surprise that the room isn’t cheap but it was fantastic overall.

Excellent stay at Beauquartier! The location was great and the place was very comfortable. It was amazing how much was packed into a compact space. The team was very responsive to feedback. I emailed them about an issue in the bathroom and they fixed it right away. Also the coffee they supplied was great and they replenished the supplies whenever we requested.

One small point - the cupboard latch is sharp and pointy and could hurt people. Maybe a different design - or it could be placed higher.

Perfect stay! We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. Exceptionally clean, excellent communication with the host, and perfectly furnished for a comfortable visit. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. Good soundproofing.

there’s a school across from the hotel. I was woken up by the screaming children playing.

had everything you needed and more for our 5 day stay. Had fantastic cooking facilities and the apartment was cleaned and towels changed daily. I would recommend anyone to come and stay in these apartments. They also let you use their storage facilities for free when checking out and flight not until later in the day.

there was nothing I did not like

The place was very clean and modern. The area was quite but not far from plenty of lively spots. The staff were friendly and easy to contact and catered to any needs we had before and after arrival quickly and to our utmost satisfaction. Would highly reccomend staying here!

Nothing, it was ideal for our visit!

Lots of space in the apartment - looks just like the pictures! We loved the fact that there was a kitchenette, it meant that we could eat breakfast at the property before going out for the day. The bed was also very comfortable!

The only thing about the apartment that wasn’t perfect was the shower situation - it seemed impossible to not get water on the floor while having a shower, as the water leaked out of the side of the pipe. However this is a very minor complaint and I wouldn’t let it change your ins about staying here, it didn’t affect our stay at all really!

It was excellent. Totally exceeded my expectations! It was stylish, clean and sooooo quiet! Comfortable bed. I saw other reviews mentioned noise from a school but I didn’t hear a thing from them, it was very quiet.

It was just a bit tight getting in & out of my room through the shared door as I had a big bag of sporting equipment (for an international football tournament). The only other thing I’d have loved would be a blanket so you could rug up on the couch! I did experience my neighbour trying to come into my room at 1am but I think just got confused about which door… But it did freak me out a little bit. it would be nice to have an extra lock for the door you can put across from inside

Nice location in the nice area of Paris. Room was tiny but nice and comfortable. I could here neighbors and kids at the street (school in front of the building), but it was ok. Would be nice to have fridge inside.

Funky little room in great quiet location in the Marias with good bathroom. All access is via codes but they went OK.

Cleaner left pizza boxes from another room in the corridor for a couple of day which was strange.
