BEST LOCATION WITHIN THE BUSINESS HUB, WALKING DISTANCE TO BUSINESS BAY METRO STATION, DUBAI MALL AND BURJ KHALIFA, ON THE EDGE OF FAMOUS DUBAI CANAL, ROOM WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN, STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WILL RECEIVE YOU WITH SMILING FACE, AND ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU FOR ANYTHING U NEED

Location is accessible by all means of transport. Also the reception staff and the house keeping staff are really kind and helpful. The behavior of the staff is one of the factors that makes this place an excellent choice to stay.
The sofas in the living room probably needs a refresh. I think it is time to bring in some comfy furniture. But this is not a deal breaker. You still get a very decent seating area in the living room.

It's the second time that I stay at this particular property of Damac.
I already use Damac normally when I travel to Dubai, but I can particularly recommend the Cour Jardin.
Where should I start? The location is amazing: right next to the Canal, central yet appeasing due to the water and ample surroundings.
The staff is incredibly nice, communication is great, welcoming. And the cleaners are just perfect, they seem to be available almost immediately after you ring them.
The rooms are super cozy and spacious. My kitchen was fully equipped. And for bonus I had a nice balcony facing the canal!

on booking, I requested 2 rooms next door to each other as we have children. I was told this would be subject to availability but I felt confident as I had done this months in advance. my teenagers were on a separate floor!!!!

I booked a three bedroom apartment, it was really nice and comfortable for a family stay, the apartment was big with 4 master rooms with very nice sea views and burj khlaifa view, the staff were very friendly.

Good localtion for work in Business Bay. In walking distance to most places in Business Bay (but in summer you don't want to walk anywhere, so just bear that in mind if you go in the summer).
Great in-room facilities (microway, taister, kettle, hob, fridge and a washing machine.
The staff were so friendly too.
No bar. After a lang dayin the office I like to (not every day) have a beer. There are not many bars in business bay and they are more "restaurants where you can get a drink". Actualy most of Dubai is like thata, which is why a plain ond-fashioned hotel bar is useful. But their has been closed since the andemic (I have found this to be the case in all the Dubai business arera hotels I have stayed in).

Excellent stay, I recommend. Quality of services, and speed. The staff is attentive to your needs and really friendly special thanks to Mina and Abdurrahim very spacious apartment and there is a kitchen and a washer-dryer
