Room price great and shower facility and very quiet

Shower very loud. I couldn't connect to WiFi! Also parking

Lovely family room, spacious for 4 of us. Had little touches like character bedding on children’s beds and a fridge in the room. Large bathroom with great shower.

Couldn’t get in the wardrobe as the bedside table was blocking it but there was other storage in the room.

WiFi not working properly TV had no signal in room 9, very bad signal.

Good friendly host helped us to the top floor family suit with luggage. Helped my disabled mum use the starlit to first floor. Good breakfast. Nice and clean

No vegetarian meat options for my sister who can not eat pork due to allergies just eggs

It was very close to town and room was good size

It was really cold in the room and was unable to turn heating on and toilet wasn't flushed

The bedroom was clean and warm and the bed was comfortable.

We had really noisy people in the room next to us . We paid extra for breakfast . When the breakfast was served to us it arrived cold and very disappointing.

All what you need in a room. Nice hot shower, heating was timed perfect, clean, comfortable bed & well equipped for a compact room. It's situated in a quiet side street. We haven't had any breakfast.

Well, it was expected therefore not a big surprise nor a big issue. You can hear everything what's going on in the corridor 😉

The room was clean and tidy, and very comfortable.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, various cereals, and good choice of cooked breakfast. Would prefer to have teapot and cups and saucers on table than getting it in a queue.

We went down for a drink about 8pm but the bar was closed.

Very lovely guest house, staff friendly. Let us check in little bit earlier also were allowed to leave our bags after checkout.

The room was soo hot... bed wasn't too comfy but manged and breakfast wasnt to my standard.

Room was nice,shower was really powerful. The bed was really comfy. Check in was easy.

Breakfast was not available until 9am as no one was available to serve breakfast. Tables were not set up all the time we was there and they wasn't clean. No tea pot had to keep asking for another cup of tea. Really poor service and quality. Disappointing. I was charged an extra £45 pounds to include breakfast for 2 people seriously not worth half that amount of money.
