it,s all good but very disappointing that there was no pool as it was not available and was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel

Staff is friendly and supportive. I was happy with the big water bottles. Food in both the restaurants was of good quality. (Perhaps I'm spoiled living in the UAE) Water from the tap clean and not smelly.

The quality of the room, old and small. For a king room it was not for a small king ;-). Bathroom had a leakage on the floor, but this is presumably resolved now..

Need upgrade you mattress.

Breakfast was nice, rooftop pool was quite ok (although super loud due to honking in the streets). Nice room.

Neighbourhood is terrible. Unless you have to be around here, stay elsewhere.

The breakfast was incredible. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great variety and all delicious. A highlight of our stay. Airport shuttle was very efficient and completely necessary as we would never have reached the hotel without. One day the hotel arranged a driver for us at short notice which was really useful. The hotel is right in the centre, which was great because we wanted to be in the think of things but for people wanting a quieter stay it may not be the best choice.

One room was bit small and no place to out luggage so we were stepping over our suitcases in the middle of the floor the whole time. We had a table and chair in the room but due to lack of space, it would have been better without. We would have liked more information about what to do and how to get around.

Excellent and vety helpful staff. Nice room, good breakfast and super pool. Staff was kind, arranged for taxi too. Good value for money. Best hotel in old Dhaka.
