Nice place. Very clean and professionnal and comfortable. In one of the central areas of Kowloon. Near metro stations. Nice experience for a first time in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is a bit expensive and ATMs do not accept western debit cards, only credit cards.

room was large with 2 king beds facing each other. extra toilet as well as bathroom was good with family of 5. cleaned well daily.

the tea and coffee provided were not up to hotel standard, no black tea or milk provided. coffee was substandard.

the staff were amazing, very helpful, and tried their best to help us in everything we need. from the guys downstairs who opens the door and elevator for you. location wise was a plus also. wifi in the room is also good.

there is no bidet in the comfort room, and also there is no microwave and iron or steamer for the clothes.

The location is near the Prince Edward train station, bus stop, several cheap restos like cafe de coral and convenience stores. Wide windows, complete ameneties and clean comfortable lobby. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful.

Minor things like no bidet and the flush water is still yellow.
