The property was gorgeous and well located. Really clean and up kept. This place is well located in San Cristobal and was some of the most genuine loving staff I’ve ever had.

Nothing. Everything was amazing from the food, service, and facilities.

Best location. It’s on a quiet street but very close from the center. Safe parking in the hotel. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve seen in my trip in Mexìco.

Sometimes hot water doesn’t work. You can find a better breakfast option than the hotel restaurant in the area.

Bed linens :( 100% synthetic. Even made a noise with every move. Very annoying

i had a room at the top floor with a wonderfull view over the city. the room was huge and comfortable. parking was possible in the garage (however it is a bit on the narrow side to get in and out). breakfast was great. beautiful courtyard.

Unfortunately, I could not make my stay at the Hotel Parador Margarita because I became very ill. The hotel never responded to my request for a refund. Based on my experience with other hotel standards, even within Mexico, this behavior is neither customer friendly nor professional. I would have paid for the first night I was not there, of course, since I could not let the hotel know I could not come until the next day since I was so unwell. It would have been great if the hotel management had contacted me to find a solution to this situation. Unfortunately this never happened and my message was simply ignored. From there I can only give the hotel this form of rating, as such behavior is absolutely customer unfriendly.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. restaurant very satisfactory. Organised tour very efficiently. The building was charming and well located and the room itself was comfortable and attractive.

Hotel Parador Margarita is a wonderfully friendly place to stay. It is central to all main attractions within San Cristobal de Las Casas, everything is within walking distance. The staff were very kind and efficient and all reception staff spoke excellent English. The grounds were very inviting and there were places to sit and relax in the gardens as well enjoy a meal. The breakfast choices were excellent, very healthy and well presented. The meals at the restaurant were tasty and inexpensive. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel safe and comfortable and be away from the noise and bustle of the streets.

Everything was great. I have no negative comments.

Great Location and Wow what a room! The inner courtyard is just beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful with any request and needs, highly recommend for couples looking for magical, quite place to stay, very close walking distance to anything around central San Cristobal

close to everything in San Cristobal. very pretty courtyard, clean rooms, lovely staff and great value. we stayed for two weeks? It was cold while we were here so we had a fire in the fireplace which was cozy!!
