25€/stay for bringing the dog is quite a stretch, for a couple of bowls and a bed dog. I'm considering that I've stayed for a single night, therefore it was expensive

No air conditioning in the hotel even though it was advertised as such. The room was boiling. Had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to the front desk that the room was extremely hot. The tech came 4 hours later to say they air con doesn't work in winter. The front desk team could have told us this up front, but didn't. Wasn't offered a room change until we were at the front desk with our bags saying that we were cancelling the final night of our stay and going elsewhere. Did not stay the full duration. No refund was offered for the final night's cancellation.

Good bed, good bathroom, baby bed was waiting for us on the room. Dog stuff was there and good, though €25!!!

We booked this hotel because of it had parking included, though it wasn't, and they charged us €25 per night to park the car. The front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing, couldn't make a photocopy, didn't speak a word of english... Pretty bad experience when arriving at night and with a baby. Noisy rooms, no double glass.

An easy to find location and we paid to use the hotel’s underground car park. The hotel might look an 80s relic, but it’s interiors are nice and the bedrooms very nice. We each had a small balcony although the location is in a residential area, so it was inly the. Christmas lights to enjoy! The bathrooms have also been renovated and feel modern. we enjoyed the breakfast selection too. My sister’s two small/medium sized dogs were also with us - €25 each. We had a late lunch around the corner in a local taverna. La Toga.

the staff is not able to send me invoice with correct data and it takes already a month. I advise to take invoice during check-in, unless you have 30min for check-out

Room was super clean and very comfortable. Bed was excellent.

There was only a sheet on the bed but we found a duvet in the wardrobe which we used. Could have done with a cover on it.

Location, spacious rooms

This is a well priced hotel and you get what you pay for. Location was OK, not the most attractive part of the City Centre but only a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and main square, which had some good restaurants. The staff were helpful, friendly and multi-lingual and responsive to our requests. The breakfast is very good, with lots of nutritious options and well priced. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. My only complaint was the noise from the main road whcih runs directly outside the hotel, as you could hear the street cleaning trucks and buses from about 6am. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a well priced, safe and clean option in Huelva City Centre.

The car parking spaces were randomly spaced and some were too small for our car.

It's just in the center, close to both the train station and the central street. The room was spacious and comfortable.
