Morning staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Room location and size was perfect.
First hotel we stayed at (5 total in Italy) without a coffee maker. For $ night would want one. Also, although shower size was good, no water pressure so weak.

The two people that ran the facility were very nice and accommodating. I liked that the facility was off of a street that has a nice market that cars can not go down,
The overall facility needs a major overhaul. Plus, the facility is not staffed all the time.
I wouldn’t call it a hotel by any means, it’s more like an Airbnb. On one occasion we were trying to get back to our room around nine in the evening and didn’t have the proper key to enter the facility and there was no one working at the desk. We got lucky and saw guest was walking in to facility so we were able to get to our room. Otherwise, there was no way of getting into our room if other guests didn’t show up.

Great central location in Sorrento, also not far from the train station. Clean and modern rooms. Nice breakfasts too.
The only thing was the shower design was not good if you didn’t angle the shower head a certain position. This would cause a lot of water/flooding onto the bathroom floor which became so slippery.

Location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and 6 minute walk from train/bus station and other sites (marina for ferry to Capri)
No amenities although to be honest we travelled around most days and relaxed (took a nap) before going out for dinner!

The breakfast was okay, mostly pastries which is standard in Europe. The cappuccinos were amazing. The lady who served us breakfast was super nice. The location was ideal. We were in the heart of the plazza which had several restaurants and bars and plenty of night life. We were in a very busy shopping street so it was booming all day long. Our balcony had a nice view of the street where we can people watch.
The bathroom was upgraded but the shower did not have very good pressure and our first night the water didn't get hot. The water temperature improved the next day but the pressure was still not that great. I would still recommend the hotel. Overall a nice property in a great location.

The hotel was a small and charming but with large rooms. It was part of an old-style Italian villa very nice upgraded with a very nice view to a bustling street. The staff were very nice both the reception as well as the lady serving breakfast.

Everything! , the staff is great Marika kept communicating with me regarding our arrival, Ana took care of the wonderful breakfast and she is a delightful person. the hotel shares with another boutique hotel a 17th century palace. they did a great job creating a ver modern facility inside an old building.

Well located within Sorrento. Staff friendly and helpful.
A bit too much noise from the street restaurants for my liking but I do live in a very quiet part of the countryside so any noise is noticeable.
Shower water pressure a little low.

we loved the location and walking distance to all main spots in Sorrento. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Anna makes a very good breakfast and always with a smile!

I like the location and the staff!
I didn't like having to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs but I know that's just how it is over there. Also, the bed was okay.

The hotel is set in a beautiful old courtyard right in the middle of Sorrento, within seconds of most of the restaurants. I’ve never been more pleased to get home after a busy day out with the refreshing air-con, a nice modern room and bathroom too. Excellent staff always willing to help, and a generous breakfast served by a the smiley Anna, who also surprised me with a cake on my birthday. There was a nice balcony to have a drink on if you would like. I saw reviews saying it was noisy because it’s so central, but honestly don’t understand it as we were not disturbed at all.
Couldn’t find it immediately as it wasn’t clearly obvious, but maybe that’s just us.

Best place in sorrento I've stayed in, been 18 times. Great location. Staff are superb cant do enough to help. Can not fault them on anything.

Location was great! Could walk to everything. Room was basic and clean, nothing fancy but was great.
